I discovered Win~Dow via their first location at American Beauty in Venice. This location is perfectly consistent in the menu selection and quality. Their burger and chicken sandwich are both so good that I always pig out and get both. ? The only reason I docked a star on atmosphere, is because unlike the Venice location which has ample seating, the Silver Lake location has these (almost insulting) plastic stools to sit on and use as tables. I know it’s meant to be a literal “grab and go window”, but if you’re going to provide seating, at least some patio tables too. Regardless of that, it’s still delicious and I’ll keep coming. ?Vegetarian options: They have a great kale salad and an impossible version of the burger ??

The burger was tasty but got kind of wet pretty fast. Sooo disappointed in the cold fries that would have been great if they were fresh/hot. The atmosphere rating might be off cuz I’m a pickup type- but the person who helped me was very friendly. Would still go back though, so. YahParking: Mmmmm. You might have to go for a little walk , but you’re also likely getting a double cheeseburger, so- balaaaance

The food wasn't too bad. I ordered the chicken sandwich and the last bites, the chicken tasted like paper, bland. My biggest complaint is on the staff, the guy at the window had no manners, had a long face. When they forgot my lemonades and when I went to ask for them, they gave them to me rudely, as if I had inconvenienced them. Literally people who hate their job. Not friendly, I would have gone back if I had received better service
