Amazing place, amazing food, and amazing customers service!! The braised pork was absolutely delicious for such an affordable price and their portions are certainly worth it. I only ordered the rice as my base and braised pork on the side, it was nicely cooked, tender and the quail eggs were top quality. Highly recommend Tigawok and definitely coming back for more!!!

Great selection of Chinese. Fair amount of food for the price as well. The to go packaging is cute and the right size so you can get a variety of dishes.

Wheelchair accessibility: Really tight and narrow in there. Might bring a friend who can grab you selection for you rather than trying to navigate.

Awesome concept and truly delicious, authentic, affordable food! A variety of mando Chinese dishes, all for $3-6 bucks a bowl, and everything I tried was fantastic.

The braised pork belly and quail eggs were flavorful and tender, the mapo tofu was spicy and perfect, and the tomato eggs were sweet and light. The soup dumplings were also great, as well as the wagyu beef rice bowl (which, for $4, could be a fine quick meal on its own).

By the time we left it was packed out, and the place is tiny so securing a table might be tough. Place is awesome nonetheless!!

It's an interesting concept. The name "wok" is nerely anecdotical because their food, I'm thinking specifically of their chow mein or their Hunan beef--tastes like it's been cooked in a wok. I fact, it's cooked in a drum that moves around like a cement mixer. The service was prompt and friendly even though the place is extremely busy and for a good reason. Their prices are lower than Panda Express. I wasn't impressed by the ambiance, but I guess that's why they are cheap, there was not a lot of sitting area. I had to eat outside, on the sidewalk because even to eat in the standing tables it was mayhem. I wish their rules were a bit less oily and chewier. Next time I will try their wag you beef bowl. They have a wagyu chili sauce that tastes interesting although it's not really very hot (heatwise). They do offer a variety of utensils, quality napkins, soy sauce, and even floss!

Update: manager reached out apologizing and also implemented some changes to hopefully prevent this in the future. Hopefully things improve and it’s less chaotic and the overall experience gets streamlined.

Been here 6 times, had almost every item on the menu; food is great but this place is cursed by its own success and it's only getting worse. Probably one of the worst take out experiences ever…

TLDR: Don't bother going during prime dinner hours and avoid weekends at all costs.

Twice I had to wait for over 30 minutes for items which they forgot to call out and I had to pester the cashier multiple times and they were giving the item out to people who ordered 20 minutes after me.

Tonight my girlfriend ordered pick up food for a potluck we were going to and once she arrived people in line seemed to have priority over the earlier online orders. She was told it would be 10 minutes, which they then said another 15 minutes and in actuality it took over 50min of her waiting there and more than an hour from when she ordered.

Management needs to figure out a better system and manage expectations better. Like turn off uber eats and take out if you’re so swamped by orders and can’t process them in the order they come in. A free drink was given but that isn’t gonna fix the issue.

As the old saying goes, the reviews don’t lie. As others have noted, the value this places offers is unbeatable. Really good food too. Please expand to more locations!

Not a bad place to grab a bite! I love the small plate style, it allows for so many more flavors in one meal. 6 items, 33 dollars and two of us were quite full. Hunan spicy beef, pork belly with quail eggs, and wagyu curry were 3 standouts, as well as the delicious chili pepper sauce they have as a condiment.

This was out of this world.

Affordable entrees compared to Panda Express.

Portions are good sized and tasted authentic plus the prices you pay for any other entrees were well worth the price.

Although it does get crowded the food was really good.

Try going on an off time to see if you can squeeze in when there's not a lot of people
around and it would be totally worth it.

If anyone cares to read this part It seems that the reason it's also greatly priced is that they seem to have automated the cooking process to make larger batches quicker which, I for one think is a great idea!

A new discovery in Asian Fast Food. I was surprised by the great quality of the food. Order anything you can't go wrong. Loved their Kung Pao Chicken. Orange Chicken. The Brussel Sprout...
Service fast and very curtuous. The place was buzzing, but surprisingly Service was very fast and efficient.
Make it a date it is worth every cent... and it is very reasonable, in this day and age!
I will be back?
