Nice spot to spend time while waiting for restaurants. Ordered the black sugar taro milk. I love how their Taro is as toppings not actual flavors. The latest hello kitty collab is cute.

Visited after noon on a Tuesday. Sign says they’re open, but the door was locked and no one was at the counter. Employee entrance was unlocked, though, but it seemed like no one was there.Kinda disappointing :(

I just came from the Chapman market for the Hello Kitty Collab and the cashier was being super rude and rolled her eyes when we walked out the door. Because she took my order yesterday and didn’t want to give me a cupsleeve. Why is that a problem? Yesterday was my first day coming to the event while other people are showing up multiple times a day and have gotten multiple cupsleeves sold to them. Her name was JAIME D. I HIGHLY DO NOT RECOMMEND THIS PLACE.

Average. Not any better than many boba places. Brown sugar milk...that's all it is. With boba.

Could smell brown sugar pearls 5m away from the counter! The pearls are soft and chewy, and by far the best brown sugar pearls I've tasted. The milk was fresh and not overwhelmingly sweet overall. Absolutely love it!

The best brown sugar drink I've tried so far. The drink is smooth and milky, and blends very well with the brown sugar drizzled around the cup. It's also not too overpowering, so it's not weak. The pearls are chewy and well-infused with delicious brown sugar.

We order 4 milk tea and we got the worst boba experience we ever have. It tastes like water and sugar. There is no taste of tea and it is way too overpriced.

It's harder to find, not right on the street. Free parking in the area is hard to find as well. Paid parking nearby, cost 4 dollars. Lots of choices for the same kind of drinks, but not sugar levels, which is more common at other places nowadays. If they have a choice for the suger levels, I'd be coming here more

I rarely drink bubble tea, but I had been hearing how good their bubble tea was, so I decided to give it a go. It was very nice indeed! I did not ask for less sugar or anything, just to see what it would be like. When the staff handed me my tea, the bottom was still warm. He told me to mix it well before drinking. The ice melted after a few shakes and the temperature was just right. I really enjoyed the chewy texture of the pearls.

I’ve been to the one at Resorts world Vegas so I wanted to check this one out too.I ordered the Black Sugar Boba + Pudding Milk Cream Mousse & it was excellent. Super delicious, super rich, creamy but not too sweet. The boba and pudding was a great combo for the drink.I’ll definitely come back here again and I wish they had a red bean flavor drink.

This is hands down the best Boba in town ! Even if you don’t like Boba , they offer a variety of tasty and fresh options. The staff is friendly and helpful, especially Karina, she’s been extra patient with me and makes the best drinks.10/10 highly recommended !
