Also no outdoor seating even though Google says it does. (I submitted the correction to happy cow.) Prices pretty reasonable.

This was the first restaurant we visited in a trip to LA, and it was everything we wanted and more. We are Mexican as well, so we were delighted to taste authentic food and drinks. The carne asada and fish tacos were amazing! The tortilla de maiz azul made it so yum.
The aguas frescas tasted like my mom's. The guacamole and chips were divine. Although I don't normally get chicken tacos, someone is out party did, and I can arrest that their chicken adobada meat was delicious.
The customer service wasunparalleled and everything you'd want as a customer. Kind, patient, informative.
Finally, the decor is beautiful and the atmosphere chill. Everything was truly great!
We wanted to go back every day, but didn't get a chance to. We definitely plan to return when back in LA.

Great food and awesome ambiance. Sydney was amazing and very helpful with helping us decide what to eat. The guiltless Quesadilla was delicious and the guacamole and chips are top notch! On top of that the Watermelon Margaritas hit the spot! If you dont know what to get just ask for Sydney she will steer you in the right direction!

I loved the consistency of their tortillas. Their pico de gallo has too much cumin taste for me but the beans were so perfect . Ordered to go , they forgot my other orders of tortillas but other than that the presentation is nice .

Delicious food suiting a variety of dietary requirements. Yummy GF quesadilla with different options to make vegetarian. Staff friendly and willing to help with substitution recommendations. GF churro bites are so delicious! I don’t usually visit the same place more than once when traveling, but I did to come back here!

Incredible Mexican food how it should really be. Truly authentic! The guacamole was incredible, just avocados, onions, cilantro and seasoning. Why do we Americans ruin it every time by adding junk to it. If you’re in DTLA, this is a great place to eat.

I had a tortilla soup in and also got a burrito to take away. They have vegan options and were very nice to accommodate a small change.
Everything was served quite fast and the staff were friendly.
You can fill up your water bottle in there.
All good and well presented and served too, and if course very tasty.
They even pack your take away very nicely organised in the bag.
I dropped a star on staff because when I got in and greeted them they sort of looked away. But I might be too spoiled with how it is in the UK. Other than that they were very nice.
