Very unhappy with this store. 8:15 - order placed on Uber Eats and says 23 min delivery time. It took until 8:42 for Tocaya to cancel the order, saying they were unable to complete the order. Bullshit.

I am so happy to leave this glowing review! This is one of the most unique and delicious Mexican restaurants I have ever been to! Truly! I am so picky too! The entire staff went out of their way to give me my special requests. My goodness, I cannot wait to go here again!

Good food but service was a bit slow. It took 1-2 minutes to be helped, as staff were busy fulfilling food delivery orders.
I placed an order at the counter around 3:30 for a torta combo (side + agua Fresca). Was able to substitute vegan cheese at no additional cost. Agua Fresca was served immediately (resembles kombucha in taste profile) which I enjoyed. The side I ordered, plantain chips + guacamole, was served in 18 minutes.
