Employees will mess up your order and then get mad at you and blame you. The attitude towards customers is not it. They need to work on that.

If you’re on a budget and trying to cut down on calories and you asked for a cup of water they will tell you machine is not working but they’ll try to slang on you a six dollar water. Instead walk over to Starbucks and ask for ice water it is free all day.

Man I love the turkey and avocado sandwich on white from Togos. I wish they had more locations than the one in downtown LA. There used to be one in Monterey Park which made picking up a sandwich from them a tad more convenient. I think I would be going more regularly if they were closer. The ingredients are fresh and portion sizes are generous. I'll definitely be stopping by when I am around the area!

I very nice sandwich and friendly service. I ordered the 8" Italian.. The bread, cold cuts, and cheese were all very good. The vegetables were all okay, nothing particularly wrong with them but also no notable flavor. They had no problem putting on extra mayo but they did not have oregano, which really detracted from the sandwich. They also do not have water cups and a very limited selection of drinks. The day I was there they were cash only but I was told that usually wasn't the case as something was broke that day.

I should've known my order was going to be messed up when I asked the lady for the Cali Veggie Sandwich with no Mayo and she asked if I wanted no ham???? When I specified that I wanted the Cali veggie and not the Cali club she said oh okay and then asked again about the ham, I replied no meat at all and she said okay. I open the sandwich......ham turkey and bacon. I hate being that person but like come on.

Its somewhat hidden since its underground. But the people working there were nice. The food was good and well prepared.

I was not pleased. I had to wait 25 minutes for my meatball sandwich that wasn't the best.. very disappointed.

Sandwich restaurant located in an underground shopping area.Sandwiches are individually prepared, similar to Subway. Unfortunately there is no coffee here. The food itself was very rich and I liked it. Price performance OK. There is no seating in the restaurant itself, but there is a few meters further around the corner.

The bill was average for the menu. This place has good reviews for a reason.
