I had to stop eating to write this review. I have never in my life had chicken that tasted this good. I got a three piece chicken tender, the portions are large, I was expecting baby tenders, I mean it’s LA, but no! Giant pieces of premium chicken tendies! So! Damn! Good! Do not walk! Run and place an order! I know I will! I also want to mention the person who took my order was very friendly and very helpful. I love this place and look forward to returning! My only regret is not eating here sooner!

I honestly love TFC. I miss the MP location, but the DTLA one is also great! always great customer service. Always great food. The location itself has plenty of room for dine and finding parking typically isn't hard.

I was walking by and saw this spot. Saw that they had “fried chicken skins” and I was through the door.I ordered their fried chicken skins, a leg and thigh with their signature sweet sauce. The fried chicken skins were delicious and the sweet sauce cut the richness enough to make it a solid combination.I should have ate the skins after the fried chicken because I was a little full to really enjoy their fried chicken. Overall it was good piece of chicken, nice and crispy with a solid flavor profile. I’ll try it again without the skins next time.I’d definitely come back here again to try their other menu items.

Get here early because they start running out of food super fast. Because the food is AMAZING. I have never had fried chicken quite so crispy and well-seasoned. The chicken skin (side dish) is OUT OF THIS WORLD. Service is friendly too.

We love the Monterey Park location, so we had to come check out the DTLA location. The chicken here is amazing — so well seasoned and crunchy! Try the potato chips with onion dip too — it’s delicious. The owners are also very nice and welcoming.

!!!Not as good as the original Monterey Park location!!!The fried chicken had a strange texture to the breading, the sides such as the sweet potatoes and the corn soup were too salty. Maybe they should consider bringing back the Monterey Park location or at least the same quality here. Not recommended right now. May revise later if improved.

Awesome meal. The chicken is soaked and brined in soy sauce and mirin before being breaded. Huge portions and great sides. Worth the price and a visit!

Soft opening!Got the buddy pack - 6 chicken pcs + chicken rice + cabbage + 2 sides + 2 sauces. It’s quite a bit for it’s price.Chicken was delicious! Super juicy from the brine and the flavored breaded skin was perfect. Definitely eat it when you get your food! If you have to reheat it, I’d say to put it into the oven. Unless you don’t care about the skin being soggy after microwaving!Collard greens - it’s good! Not with a bitter taste of how you’d think of.Soy glazed yam - it’s very soft. The sauce is great! I wish it was it had more of a crunch in there.Max and cheese - very cheesy! it’s good! I would recommend!Yuzu pepper sauce: $1.80 - it’s unique, but not sure if it’s worth extra money.Price: it’s reasonable for fried chicken. I’d come back because it is delicious! Their yuzu sauce, is only okay but I’d say to try it if you haven’t before.Wait time: ORDER ONLINE! We waited for 25 minutes. I think they’d still being trained.

Difficult to find parking compared to their Monterey Park location. No customers when we got there. We love the food, we’ll wait until the old place in MPK opens again.

Just stumbled upon this newly-opened spot in my neighborhood. It was really delicious! The chicken is juicy and flavorful; the service was very friendly. It only just recently opened, and I look forward to coming back.

I would say the chicken is on par with something like KFC, which is fine and good. But I do think it's way too expensive for what you get.
