I should have got the guy's name at the counter. He was super helpful. Help me figure out which drinks to get and which food. The drink was incredible the food was pretty good. I forget the name of the Korean coffee I got but I really appreciated the description from the guy and it was exactly as he described.

I purchased a ice oriental latte. I said it twice to the two people that were there. They made me a hot drink .And when they made my iced drink , all they gave me was iced milk. they don't know how to make their own drinks. Don't waste your money here go to Awsome coffee that is across the street.

Great coffee, great service, solid WiFi connection and plenty of tables/seating.
I also like that there’s a section with lots of outlets if you need to get any work done.
They also have free parking in the back which is always a plus in ktown.

I went today to go study and the customer service was taking so long! Not only that but I ordered a cookies, it was so dry and hard. I honestly wanted to complain but they seemed so lost and stressed out. I got a dalgona latte but it was really watered down :( I enjoy going there because it’s right near I volunteer but I think walking more would be more convenient
DONT TRY THEIR SMOOTHIES! They’re so mid! It’s still a good atmosphere to study so if you do end up going, just get a frapp. they’re way better!

What happened to the service? Did your management change? I was your everyday customer for 4 months already, i loved this place and bring my friend and now i just don’t want to stop by anymore. Some of your baristas have no manners and 0 customer service / social skills, while others are awesome (we’re not in Korea, i expect at least a smile and normal treatment to a customer, honestly i doesn’t ruin your experience, please don’t ruin mine too). It’s just so sad, but it’s time to find a new lunch location. Food is good tho and BOH always sweet to me.

For a cafe like TOM N TOMS BLACK in the heart of Los Angeles’ Koreatown, to have unlimited time, covered FREE PARKING is unheard of in this part of town. They provide more than just the trendy and tasty caffeinated (with non-caffeinated ones as well) drinks you’ve been seeing on social media. I was beyond delighted to enjoy their flavorful Popcorn Chicken (Korean Style), which also had rice cakes and crushed peanuts, as well as their Pepperoni Pretzel.

I could spend all day (and night- they close at midnight 6 days/week) here, and they definitely welcome & encourage people to stick around to work/study?

Tried the orange and grapefruit slush that they were promoting. Very disappointing as it just tastes like faintly flavored ice and definitely not worth the price. The employee who was taking our order at the time was also very clueless and rude. However, the atmosphere of the cafe is great, so it seems like a nice place to work or study.
