Tom n Toms Coffee @ The Live Hotel

If I could give more than 5 stars for the service, I definitely would. I began to come to this cafe on my way to work when it first opened last year, and the baristas there have always been amazing with their service.

I come here often, to study or to get some coffee before work with my boyfriend, and both of us really enjoy the amazing coffee we get here. I really love their caramel macchiato with oat milk, and my boyfriend swears by the dirty chai latte with oat milk, hot AND iced.

There is wifi and a lot of outlets, as well as a relaxing and calming atmosphere that helps concentrate on your studies or have a nice conversation.

I will continue to come to this Tom n Toms and really recommend it to anyone looking for good coffee and friendly staff!!!

I had high hopes for Tom’s Downtown LA Live, but unfortunately, the potential of this place is being wasted by terrible management and staff. I get it—diversity and inclusion are important, but when that’s the only thing you’re showcasing, professionalism gets thrown out the window.

The hostess was more concerned with flirting with a server than doing her job. Meanwhile, the bartender looked miserable, like smiling was a foreign concept. To make matters worse, I sat there for over an hour with an empty water cup that was finally “refilled” by melted ice.

Oh, and let’s not forget the dirty cup with lipstick stains that sat in front of me for 25 minutes before I finally decided to move to the bar—where the lackluster service continued. It’s insane to waste such a prime location on a staff that clearly doesn’t care.

If Tom’s is serious about being a destination in LA, they need to rethink their staff and management—hire people who actually know how to run a bar, and maybe look the part.

I live in the neighborhood and it’s a nice place to work. Plenty of outlets including usb and usbc ports. There’s also wifi. I look forward to being back when I need a different atmosphere~

Really cute indoor space and a great variety of drinks and bakery items. Definitely recommend their iced mochas!!

Just awesome, Mac & cheese delicious. Tandoori Chicken was just incredible. Lucas, Server was absolutely brilliant ask for him

It is a cool place to hang out and enjoy the atmosphere.
