This review doesn’t even deserve a one star. I’m very disappointed. Restaurant or open table didn’t notify me about plumbing issues and restaurant closure. It was my birthday dinner and my party an I are disappointed. I could have been notify earlier in the day. I had to call the restaurant to find out because one my guest told me it was closed. This was not handle in a professional manner. I didn’t get a response back from the restaurant nor from round table. I called restaurant and person on the phone didn’t even apologize. I had less than 30 minutes to figure out where to take my guests and actually be able to get a reservation elsewhere. It created inconvenience for me and my guests. I was so looking forward to this restaurant, I had heard good reviews, unfortunately experienced the opposite. All my guests were looking forward to it but we all were disappointed.

You didn't inform the patron that you were closed the day I was there. I had to reschedule the birthday dinner I had reserved for my party. Very disappointed in you and the staff for not notifying people about your closure.

I had reservations for my birthday and when I got there the restaurant was closed. They didn't notify me that they would be closing that day and they allowed me to make the reservation. Ruined my birthday plans.

If you wanna eat while have a bunch of Diggers scream from a music karaoke box. Well this is the place. 90% of he menu was none existent yet they allowed me to make a reservation.

My gf and I went expecting to indulge in the AYCE menu. We asked about their AYCE menu option. They said there was a change to the menu and apologized for any inconvenience and that it was no longer being offered, but we barely booked our reservation due to what social media had promoted was still an all you can eat menu. Then as we were ready to order, they said they had none but one entrée for the brunch menu available. Just one option for entree ??? That is not okay. We even saw some people walk in then leave. The majority of the options were sides or appetizers that were available, making it unappealing experience. Not worth it. Mimosas were great though!!

It’s not what it use to be! Don’t bother since they’re not willing to try anymore. RIP

The ultimate cocktail special is nice and the drinks are good. Otherwise the food was terrible and service was slow. I ordered the shrimp linguine and sent it back because it lacked seasoning and noodles were overdone. I replaced it with the fried chicken sandwich which was over cooked and had way too much aioli sauce on it. We had to call out for our waitress multiple times for refills and replacements. We sat down for dinner at 5:30, the restaurant was not busy and service was still slow. I would keep this spot in mind for drinks only when heading to an event downtown. Otherwise don't waste your money/time.

I think I may enjoy the dinner menu a bit more. I was sad that the unlimited tapas have stopped however their service was great very friendly staff.

Not the Le Grand of old. Based on my experience I'm going to assume they're under new management.
On my recent visit I put it was my anniversary on the reservation, along with a request for a dessert from the menu with a message. Upon arrival we were sat in what was once considered the bar area vs the restaurant side. There was no dim lighting and ambiance, no live music, and felt like a diner instead of cool restaurant it once was. The menu didn't have ANY of the items from the online menu, not even the dessert. We ordered a bottle water when we sat and when the waitress returned to take the order we expressed how the menu isn't at all what they showed online. She wasn't sure about when it changed as she answered, but we said for that reason we're not going to order, we'll just leave since the menu is what drew us in. She then proceeded to charge us $8.78 for the water.
My fiance was upset over the charge so the waitress called a manager over who then doubled down on it. It's not the fact that Le Grand no longer presents itself as a place with $8.78 bottled water, it's the fact that you're still going to charge us for a water while you're no longer the same restaurant as advertised.
That's just bad service.

I usually never write a review about a restaurant but this restaurant probably had one the worst foods I’ve ever had. The presentation of the food was also terrible for the price 😭

Menu was short that what shows online, then 2-3 different dishes aren't available to choose. Food came in a plastic plate. Server was nice but bad quality food. Pasta seems like garbage and baby back rib was really bad. never again.
