Reservation was at 8:15 PM didn't get seated for nearly an hour later. If i had known that my group and I wouldn't have rushed to LA. We respected the time of the reservation however they did not respect our time.
The food was not good, and the service was very slow. We never got refills on our drinks or water and the restaurant did not have a lot of customers at the time.
Took over 10 mins to be greeted by hostess and anyone in general, Staff just passed by without acknowledging. Once seated, the hostess did not give menus nor say our server will be right with us, just sat the party and left. As we were already seated, we had to wait another 10-15 mins waiting for someone else to acknowledge my party. It took a long time to order and get the food to our table. Service needs to be better especially when 18% Tip is already included. I was excited to try it out but would not recommend after my experience.
The whole lunch was kind of a mess. Our orders were mixed up. The servers were curt and super unfriendly. The tuna smelled and didn't seem fresh. The stairs leading up to the bathroom were sticky and gross and it smelled. It was gross. Would definitely not go back.
Food was great! price is good! Love tasting everything in the menu. Our table was next close to the main street. Would love to been inside the main dining. Service was great!
My friends and I had a great time! The food and drinks were delicious and everything came out fairly quickly considering how busy it was. We will be returning for the brunch!
The ambiance is nice and the unlimited cocktail experience is worth the hype and price. The menu and food itself lacked flavor, and wow factor. I got the fettuccine alfredo and my friend got the steak frite, they both lack flavor. The steak tasted like flesh and the pasta had no power to it, I had to add they're pepper sauce to it. The only thing food-wise we enjoyed was their fries and that says a lot. Oh and in order to get the cocktail experience you had to order an entree.
Venue was great and the staff was even greater! Our waitress was very fast and efficient 😍
GO ELSEWHERE…The ambience is all this location has. By far the worst dining experience in Los Angeles. Sat us on a dirty table 20 mins after our reservation time. Table was dirty but with silverware lol server comes back with the disinfectant spray bottle & cleans it there with us sitting down . Server doesn’t know what the place carries.. if they make drinks with egg whites at all… doesn’t know if they have certain things in the kitchen . Doesn’t know how to explain and sell the unlimited menu …
Food taste was decent, however, plating was embarrassing, the portion for a full entrees are def gourmet sizes but def missed the mark in execution. Plates were auctioned at the table, all plates came at different times, a $16 appetizer of 3 coconut shrimp came last, after entrees lol dry with nothing. They forgot an entire entree… server kept saying the plate was on the way for about 20 mins . One plate was sent back because it was cold .. the night was a disaster to say the least. I DO NOT RECOMMEND.

One star is truly too much to give this place, I wish I could give it -5. I made a reservation for 9:15pm for a friends birthday and I included that in the notes. Mind you, it was only THREE people. We arrive at 9:15 and are standing at the hostess stand for 15 minutes unable to check in. A server saw us THREE different times and kept saying oh shes coming shes coming but she never did. And honestly I wish she didnt. When the hostess approached the stand, the one named BRI (which I know because when the manager said hey bri she replied "what"), I explained we had a 9:15 reservation and she tells us okay we will let you know when your tables ready. As time passes, its 9:45 I ask and she gives me the nastiest response and face saying "we have reservations above yours im going as fast as i can and seating as things open up".... mind you its half an hour past our reserved time. As it approaches 10 PM, I ask again because multiple large groups that arrived after us were all seated because its clear the place prioritizes money. As Im at the stand waiting for the hostess named Bri, shes sitting at a table eating pasta with the manager who has seen us standing outside for an hour. By 10:15 an hour AFTER our reserved time were finally sat and Bri tells us the kitchen closes at 10:45.... I asked her so how are we supposed to eat and drink when we waited outside for an hour and she tells me "its always like this"... not sure which one of her family members is apart of management or what relationship she has with them outside of work but I was appalled to hear her disgusting attitude and the manager sitting there eating and drinking with her and from the other 1 star reviews, I see she is just nasty in general. By the time were sat, we are unable to order unlimited drinks or tapas. Were starving so we order three drinks and three "hawaiian" chicken sandwiches and the waiter brings me the wrong drink. Then as seen pictured below, this poor excuse of a sandwich was brought to us, AND THE SERVER DROPPED ONE. At that point I felt as if I was on punk'd because the experience we had was almost laughable at how bad it had gone. They finally bring the third meal out (mind you it was the birthday boys) and the server accompanies it with the driest piece of cake i have ever seen. The kitchen was closed so they had to serve it at the same time as the food... at this point I called the manager over, Bris bestie, and this man was drunk as a skunk. I explained to him the entire experience and he offers us 30 extra minutes TO SPEND MORE MONEY! I said absolutely not I dont want to pay for a dime of this meal. They ended up taking off two of the sandwiches, oh sorry i mean the chicken strips with onion and thousand island sauce that apparently was "hawaiian".... When I say it was laughable at how bad of an establishment this place is... you would think it was an SNL skit. Dont even waste your time reading the menu.

Vibey place/atmosphere, service overall great but a long gap between check-ins for refills on the bottomless drinks and food. The food experience was disappointing. They were out of desserts and several plates of food despite us being there shortly after opening time for Sunday brunch. Alcohol selection is pretty solid.

Had the absolute worst experience here all around. Had a reservation at 8:45 and didn’t get sat till 9:30. Hostess with long blonde hair in pony tail, had zero people skills and was incredibly unorganized and rude. Finally got sad down and whole table ordered unlimited drinks and only got 5 in the span of 2 hours after asking nonstop. We were there to celebrate a birthday and I ordered ravioli . The entire table got their dishes except for me. After 2 hours! They kept saying it was coming just for it be the wrong pasta. Then after they said they would bring me the new one they never did. We had to ask them multiple times and then I finally got it and they still tried to charge me for the pasta even though the entire table finished eating , it was past 2 hours and they are the ones who made the mistake. Food was like a home town buffet style. Super basic and gross. Don’t waste your time

Eh, 3.5 stars. It was kinda weird, pretty empty, I had a reservation and they put us on a small table. I figure the point of a reservation is to get a decently sized table and walk ins get the smaller tables. I asked if we could move to a bigger table and they said no. That's fine but I was curious why since it was pretty empty inside, one other table and 2-3 people at the bar. Our server came back and offered to push the nearby table to extend it, which worked great. In this respect he did us a favor and I appreciate it. However, for a mocktail I asked if they would exclude the agave and the server told me no, because it's mixed. I mean, you could just not add the agave, that's the point of me asking to not add it in. I want to keep my sugar intake down but brushed it off. Idk, almost felt like they have a proclivity to say no, just didn't feel very accommodating. Although the food was good, there weren't particularly enticing foods available for the unlimited buffet. Then, the mocktails were loaded with ice, I paid for the unlimited mocktails wanting what is essentially cucumber water, but they still skimped me on that? Idk, I'll attach a pic. We got there early and by the time we left there were 2 other couples seated at the nice big booths I was hoping to switch to with around 60% of the restaurant still empty, so idk, kinda bothers me we had a reservation and were the first ones there and still weren't able to get a booth. I probably wouldn't go back or recommend it but we'll see. And yeah yeah I know, long ass post but I feel the need to explain why it's 3 stars.
Oh yeah, there's a camerawoman who took pictures, printed, framed them, and offered like 8 options to choose from at $20. That was fine and she was quick and cool, however when I asked if she had a bag for us to carry the picture/frame she said no, there's that proclivity again to say no. When we asked our server she gave us a brown paper bag so they have them, she just didn't want to go get/ask for one? Idk, just feels off.
