Love their food, I go every Saturday morning for breakfast, love the food and the help at the window, however they need to work on hiring a new outside drive-thru order taker, the current one is very rude and she acts like she's working for free. But like I said the food is great and the help at the window is good too.
The food at Tom’s is decent, especially since I don’t eat this type of food often. However, I wish the cheese on the chili fries was properly melted, it would have made a big difference. The customer service is okay, but I sometimes feel rushed and a little overwhelmed when ordering because they have trouble hearing me, which makes me feel like I have to be louder than I’d like. With that being said, the service does seem to be improving which is a plus.

After years of coming here, I feel the quality of the food has gone down.. Especially with the French Fries, I don't know if it's the cheap oil they use or what but they have an odd feel to them and you have to use ketchup or thousand island dressing to eat them.. even the dressing taste odd.. (I use to eat them plain) this wasn't the case about a year ago or so. I'm not longer buying the combo.. burgers still ok and I do recommend people try the chicken pozole.. it's Good for a fast food spot.

Worst service ever. The girl working drive-through obviously has some personal issues because she didn't want to help me. She literally skipped me in the line and was helping her other customers she helped the car in front of me, so l assumed she would help me. I went to complain about her and when I came out, she was helping the car behind me which supposedly she wasn't allowed to help that line the guy that's working the register helps that line. All a bunch of bullshit. The manager had his employees talking over him so he was worse and no help.

I went through the drive through and ordered two cheeseburger specials, one with fries and the other with onion rings, and a teriyaki chicken bowl. The gentleman that took my order was excellent. When I drove up to the window, the lady called out my order wrong and I respectfully answered with no and proceeded to tell her the correct order, I was never mean or angry towards her and was respectfully answering with a good attitude while she kept staring me down in a bad way. I could have reacted in a bad way and chose not to because your drive through was very busy. My family had both the cheeseburger specials and they enjoyed it, I had the teriyaki chicken bowl, which wasn’t all that good, I even think that something was wrong with it. Keep the bad attitude and the intimidation stare down away from customer service, it’s bad for business.
The location is small but they do have good burgers , as well as amazing zucchini fries , drive threw does take a long time ( also ladies need to be more professional when coming to work and not showing there underwear threw there leggings and bending over instead of taking orders. )

The prices went up, but the quality of the food went down. I'm getting disappointed each time I come here. Hope they fix the issue soon. The elote tastes old and no flavor before they used to taste better. I wouldn't mind paying $4 for a fresh elote, and the chili cheese fries were 5.49 they don't look and taste that good either. I left $25 for my order there. Hopefully, they will fix the issue.

Where do I start I love this place I do all the people there the chiefs everything nice I love them so much for times when I'm sad and feel alone I love to eat and talk with them sometimes I always ask how are they and they are always saying happy or abut upset but always stay positive and the food what isn't there to live there are burger tenders pozle even tacos and elote I love this place it has a special place in my heart I love all the workers
