Food was ok. Service was ok. Ate on the sidewalk. Dont know what the big hype is about this place other than the possibility of seeing a celeb.

The cuisine is impeccably prepared in this very quaint and amazing restaurant. Every dish is flavorful and generously portioned. The ambiance is perfect and classic old school service. Even if you've never treated yourself to a meal here, you'll be made to feel as though your presence had been missed and welcome back!

Upscale sterile vibe. Mediocre ambiance and interior design. We asked to be seated in an available corner table they said it's not available. The whole time we were there nobody sat there. Our waiter was pushy and didn't recommend good dishes. He packed our truffle pizza (the only good thing we ordered) next to the entrance/reception since the table was too tiny to fit everything we ordered and we ended up forgetting it there. Funghi past meh, and clams pasta (recommended by the waiter as their most famous one) was terrible. So called Al dente needs at least another 3 mins to be Al dente. The one I received is undercooked. Clams tiniest ones I've ever seen and the whole dish was dry and bland. No we do not recommend and we won't go back

Nice place, attentive service, very expensive for the simple food. Three meals - two pasta dishes and one filet. Nothing to drink at all. One salad and two desserts. The bill was $289? Yowza. I also wanted to try the pizza at $42 for the one we wanted, but I'd have to donate plasma first. And the “pizza bread” I'd heard raves about (which is served when you sit down), it was just some crunchy thin crust crackery stuff. I don't get it. But still, they're doing a banging business and they are very sweet and that goes a long way.

We arrived and the chair was wet. They cleaned it. The place was very bright like a cafeteria and the tables/chairs looked cheap for such a pricey restaurant. The table came with raw carrots and bell peppers chopped in very large chunks in an ice bucket. It was really bad. I looked around the venue and nobody was eating it. We started with the prosciutto and melon. The prosciutto had a very weird smell and aftertaste to it. It was thick cut instead of thin and very lean with little fat. We didn't like it. The branzino was good and the pasta was ok. One glass of wine and one beer. Would not pay $165.

Really good Italian food in the heart of Brentwood. The pasta is amazing and the service is great.

We’ve been going to Toscana for over 20 years. Toscana has a very special place in our hearts. My wife’s birthday was last week and she wanted to go to Toscana to celebrate her birthday as always. It’s exceptionally consistent service, food, and atmosphere one of my all-time favorite places to go!

Had the special and it was delicious. Service was amazing. They even had a vip come in without a reservation and the staff handled it with ease. Very enjoyable dinner in a comfortable setting.

I had my birthday here and the food was quite good. I was annoyed that when I called to book it I was crystal clear that I would be having guests that did not know one another and asked if 1) I could order ahead some things for the table on a separate check and 2) asked if groups could have their own checks and I was thoroughly reassured that was fine. 'Course, fellow was not a native English speaker and I triple checked they understood. I mentioned it again when we sat down and the waiter was a bit dismissive. When the bill came, sure enough it was all wrong and only the wine I ordered was on a second check. Once again, the waiter was dismissive. It was loud and he was not helping and actually accidentally spit ( a lot) in my eye. Total accident in a loud restaurant but the whole thing was frustrating along with my two single girls having to pay a tenth of a large group check when all they got was basic pasta. I mean, it was my birthday and my friends didn't care, but the thing is, it was important to me. The food- the food is great. It really is, I have been going forever and the food is great. The lobster pasta was okay but we were hard put to find the lobster in it but the flavor was nice. We ordered several truffle pizzas and the weird thing is they looked absolutely nothing alike nor did they taste equivalent, almost like the truffles and the cheeses were totally different. Everything was tasty and the tiramisu was ahhhhmazing! That said, it could have been better, both the food and service. In my mind now this is a much better date restaurant than it is good for groups, unless maybe you want to bring clients. It's loud and hard to hear and definitely don't have a special request.

Consistently excellent, simply prepared, rustic Italian cuisine on the Westside. Comfortable (if noisy), welcoming room. We will ALWAYS conduct our family celebrations there because they've always treated us like family -- not because we are Hollywood movers and shakers, but because we've been patrons for 20+ years.
