I have no idea why Google reviews aren't higher. I eat here every week since I started a new job down the block last summer and I am always so pleased with the consistent, friendly, upbeat service. The staff hustles for you! They also smile for you! And the food is the right price. What more could you ask for? Caviar specials at lunch? This is not the place for fine eating. It is simple American style lunch basics, with plenty of seating, indoor or out, everything is very clean (!!) too. The food is solid. Especially for the price point. And don't sleep on the carrot cake and brownies! I almost always get their freshly tossed salad too. It's healthy and well portioned.

The Nashville Hot Chicken served on Wednesdays will give Howlin Rays and Daves hot chicken a run for their money. This hidden spot serves really good food and a lot for a reasonable price. They have seating outside and inside. The cal trans building is a great place to take photos also.

Shout out to Crisi for taking care of us when we went! She waited to bring us our deep fried Oreos till after we were done eating because it's better to eat them nice and hot. Great suggestion from her. So guys, have them bring out your deep fried Oreos when your done eating your hot dogs! Btw that patty dog was amazing! Been coming here since 2015 and has never disappointed.
Terrific restaurant! Alex was one of this restaurant's crew. He hands me the menu and waited for my order. He even advises me the best to order and helps me a lot. I was able to get the fittest foods for me. A great music selection and delicious foods. A five-stars satisfaction rating for you! Great service and pricing!

Wow! This was an easy 5 star review. Very good, affordable, healthy, and fast. You can tell that the people making the food actually care about the food. I really like that you can order as few or as many falafel and dolmas as you want. Great service, fast and friendly. I look forward to the next time I'm in the area to dine here again.

This place is awesome! We came 30 minutes before closing and we were worried that we wouldn't be able to get seated before closing time due to the large number of parties waiting before us. However, the waitress was really friendly and assured us that we would be taken care of! The waitress handed out menus to the waiting parties presumably so that they wouldn't take too long to decide on what to order once they were eventually seated.
