DO NOT SHOP HERE!!! security guard at the downtown Los Angeles location sprayed a black man on the sidewalk in the eye with a flammable liquid - these people are racists don’t give them your money. Their security guards are out of control.

Really wanted to like this place but the Genovese chicken sandwich was a disappointment. I could see the pesto on it, but could only faintly taste it.I believe it’s because they covered the small sandwich with a lettuce & tomato salad covered in a vinaigrette that overpowered the taste of the sandwich.Also, the seasoned fries were nothing to write home about.The upside was it being ready promptly.

This place doesn't care about keeping their customers satisfied. They increase the prices and lower the quality, they charge you more for less. I won't spend my money with this Trimana again. I Also, the customer service is dry.

So I came to this place in a good mood but after I tried placing my order I felt pretty frustrated. The cashier couldn’t understand me and I couldn’t understand her. I ordered a chicken lettuce wrap with cheese and they forgot my order and gave me a blt sandwich instead. It wasn’t bad but I’ll proably never come here again.
