I don’t understand, why do I have to wait over an hour to get a half pizza when there is no one there. Then I tried to talk to the manager and she had a horrible attitude and my pizza came out burnt! Then they have a racist picture on their pizza box. Like really. 2025!

Great for parties but the difference between the regular pizza and the gluten free one is huge. The GF one just kinda stinks which forces me to order from somewhere else if even one person needs it.

Ordered via the Triple Beam website which goes through Door Dash for some reason. As soon as I submitted the order I realized I needed to cancel. Triple Beam couldn’t refund me or cancel the order, I apparently had to call Door Dash. All confirmation emails and anything surrounding this order directs you to call Triple Beam. Not only could Triple Beam not help with the cancellation but they also didn’t know the number to call Door Dash to cancel.
When I finally called Door Dash, it was a massive issue, saying they won’t refund me, asking me why I’m cancelling. Such a pain.
I also just noticed looking at the confirmation email they sneak in a 10% tip for pick up orders. I’m for tipping when it’s optional, and not snuck in the bill at the last minute.

I love Triple Beam. Their pizza is very good. Good dough, good sauce, good vegan and vegetarian options. I also love that many of their pizzas have finishing components like salt, olive oil or honey and that they always know how to add just the right amount of those things to bring out the flavor of whichever specific pizza you got without adding too much. It’s a small detail I really appreciate about them. Over the years, their vegan options have evolved and they’ve had a vegan margherita on the menu for a while now. This is probably my favorite pizza they have. It holds up to any of their vegetarian options with dairy cheese and is one of the best vegan (and vegetarian) pizza options I’ve ever had. All of their pizzas are amazing hot and fresh and I think also taste great as leftovers, the vegan options hold up especially well to be eaten the next day. Highly recommend. Over the time they’ve been open, I’ve had a couple of mixed interactions with staff, but nowadays everyone is really friendly. I always look forward to days I know I’ll be getting pizza from them.
Vegetarian options: They have a host of meat free vegetarian options made with dairy and generally have a minimum of two vegan options as well.
Dietary restrictions: They have gluten free dough options, vegan and vegetarian options.

Very delicious pizza with a soft, chewy crumb. Incredibly expensive. This is not a restaurant with vibes. It's a takeout window and some shared tables. There are equally good pizzas for half the price, so not sure what's going on here, but still a popular place with solid food.
Stay away from this place. This has to be frozen pizza. There’s nothing fresh about it. Borderline hard to even bubblegum like texture. Staff was polite but stay away. I don’t even know how they call this pizza. It’s a joke.
