Very average service, nice staff just not attentive. A water glass should never be empty and that is just one example of not being attentive.

First time dining here it's okay food atmosphere *cleanliness the most important service etcetera. To be noted that most businesses have email addresses and or forms and for those that don't then the reviews section are read instead. Am so glad that I have been doing all that I have done and am correct in doing so makes it that much better in this direction am so okay with that and not just here in regards to pricing etcetera meaning all other matters. Tip is standard 15 percent and then thereafter decided by the customer. At this time won't say anything else as just slightly under 100 percent of all total businesses have addressed and for those that have not been then will handle when the time comes to do so and or if visiting personally online and or whatever other method but are already aware all the same. Most of these matters are from previously and now up until currently it's not funny serious trouble.

The first time I went to this restaurant was with my coworkers for a Christmas party/ dinner. The food was delicious and I had a good time. I went again with my cousin and again enjoyed the food and the atmosphere. I will admit it is kind of pricey. However, the place is very beautiful inside. The outside looks different compared to the inside of the restaurant. I will go back again.

The bald host with the robotic tone is awful. i asked for an americano, which is just an expresso shot and water to which she had no clue and just slides the coffee menu towards me, no biggie
i see they dont make americanos, but they have expresso and water, so i ordered those 2 items, planning to just mix the 2 to make my own americano
Well she forgot to put my order in so 15 mins later i approached the host desk to inquire about my order to which she see me from across the restaurant and runs to the back to put my order in which took 2 mins to make smh basically ate half my break time but whatever
She finally brings the expresso but forgets the water asks me if i wanted coffee with the expresso which obviously confused me, i say no, but ask about the water i ordered, and she says i didn't order water
NO SHE FORGOT AND NEVER PUT MY ORDER IN THEN SHE FORGOT WHAT I EVEN ORDERED, that's why she asked if i wanted coffee at the end because she forgot
I just wanted an Americano, but i got an NPC with bad customer service smh
