Came here on Valentine's Day and the food and service were superb. This was our first time here and we will definitely coming back. Everything we ordered was soooo good. Started with the Toro sashimi which was so fresh and buttery. Next a few orders of saba and hirame sushi and then a hot dish the miso cod. Portion size for the cod was very generous. Every bite was mouth watering.I also ordered the udon as I was craving soup on a cold night and the flavors and noodles hit the spot.Only downside is parking but it's expected for this area. If you can find street parking on Melrose you are a winner

I took my entire family here for valentine day. They had plenty of options for kids and great sushi for the adults. Food came out quickly, place was clean, and I loved their early 90s playlist?. I highly recommend this place for families or a date with your significant other.

Love Tsuri!! I've never been to a sushi restaurant with this many gluten free offerings; I hope it's around forever! Most dishes can be modified to be gluten free. You don't even have to bring your own tamari. Delicious food and excellent service. Highly recommend!!

Came with four people and we all ordered a dish with tempura shrimp in them. The shrimp was completely undercooked, grey and mushy. I told the waiter and they told me i was wrong and that they have “been in business for 8 years and have never had a complaint.” Oh ok! Guess im wrong then! We didnt eat our food and they still charged for 2/4 of the dishes. Super weird eating something that is obviously not right and then having someone who hasnt even tried it tell you you are wrong. Food we did eat was mediocre so i guess maybe a 2/5 stars when actually cooked.

This review is for take-out only.I ordered the Salmon Citrus Roll and the Veggie Tempura Appetizer, which were both excellent. The roll had a lot of fresh, high quality salmon. I appreciated the separately packed sauce, so I was able to control how much to add. The sauce was a rich mayo-teriyaki combo.The Veggie Tempura was great, too, but I would've preferred a little more variety. It was mostly potato, eggplant, and Kabocha squash. I wish it had broccoli and string beans for more fiber and texture. There is metered parking only, which can be a gamble. The side street parking is limited to permit restrictions, so make sure to read the signs. I live closeby, and parking enforcement circles often. The ambiance looked relatively casual--perfect for a 2nd date or group hangout. Overall, I would come again.

This is the go-to spot for Sushi if you're in the area! I come here all the time and it is always 10/10, Wendy and her team are amazing and have great recommendations. The Hye, Escolar, and Red Snapper are must haves every time I go. You will not be disappointed.
