The best family owned restaurant! I have been coming to Tub Tim since I was a child and it remains one of my favorite restaurants! Beautiful atmosphere and food that reminds me of Thailand with amazing service. Fresh ingredients with an enjoyable menu selection for affordable prices. Every dish is delicious and their pad thai is my absolute favorite! I order it without peanuts due to allergy and they never mess that up! Check them out if you haven’t!

This joint has been my go-to Thai spot from high school through college. Great Service, delicious Food, and the ambiance are the reasons why it is still my favorite Thai joint.

I've been coming to this family owned restaurant for years! 22 years to be exact! This restaurant never disappoints. After school, I would walk to Tub Tim Siam with my bff and order their lunch special. It was so good with the salad on the side and wontons. I couldn't get over their sweet salad dressing either... yummm. Ever since then, thai food was my favorite kind of food. It's like an explosion of flavors that make you want to keep going back to try everything else. Getting older in my adulthood, I still ordered from here. This Thai restaurant is so special to me. I even ordered here when celebrating my baby announcement. I live far from tub Tim Siam now but when I'm in LA and craving good Thai food, this is my go to. I've been to many Thai restaurants, but here, you can never go wrong. Everything is so good with so much flavor. My fave dish of all time is their Pad Thai of course and Pad See Ew. They're so consistent with their recipes and ingredients. The workers are so friendly and always pay attention to your needs. The owner is usually always there and she's the sweetest! I've met her 2 sons and they're really chill and friendly, always making sure you're content with their food and service. The restaurant is nice and clean, which is definitely a plus. The food is clean. It's fresh. There's just so many Thai restaurants in the area, but if you want a calm and quiet environment, with delicious good food, this is the spot! The parking is right next to the restaurant. You can also find free street parking easily if there's no parking in the lot. Traffic around that area is not as busy as Hollywood or Santa Monica. If you haven't been to Tub Tim Siam, add it to your list, bookmark it, and go!

I am writting a review but have yet to try the food, I read a post on Nextdoor saying this place is great and please eat here, so I added it to my list, love to try new places and since my Thai restaurant near me closed, looking for a new one. I drove there one Monday only to find they have changed their hours and are not open on Monday, their website and yelp have them listed as open. I then decided to order with a big group on Sunday, only to fin they are not open or not answering their phones?? maybe they are out of business, I don't know. Wanted to try them, but if they can not change their hours online so we the customer can know when they are open, they don't deserve our buisness. Good Luck!writing

Last year, I moved to LA. A new friend, who I met in here, suggested this place and we met here for dinner. He had no idea that it was the week of birthday. However, the food, service, and ambiance contributed to the amazing & memorable evening I had with him. Thank you! The food was delicious. The setting was intimate. And I will be back!

I walked in to carry out from this place. Let me say that the person I went with is a regular and it didn't take long for me to find out why. The owner is a gem. The customer service is top tier. Even before I ordered her exchange with me was the most pleasant and kind I've experienced in a long period. For the food, I ordered Garlic Chicken with cabbage, and noodles on the side. The portion was large enough for me, (I could only finish a little under half), and the flavors were immaculately put together. And we know that it doesn't take a lot to be pleasing to your pallet if the flavors are authentic. I could taste the love. And I will definitely be back.
