Service took forever never take attention to the customer and just stay behind kitchen , food taste ok but the meat really dried especially chicken .

And the last thing

WHAT IS THE “PROCESSING FEE”
It not for the card bc we pay cash so what is that for??? It not tips also bc they ask us for the tips
They try to fool me by don’t show me the receipts and just tell me the amount by they mouth but when I ask for receipts and I ask the server about the fee they said they don’t know but it not they tips so I really don’t understand we pay for food , tax and tips so I don’t understand about the processing fee REALLY

I saw the owner answering some bad comment in the review so if the owner sounds real, please answer me WHAT IS PROCESSING FEE
And for what???? Why your server can’t answer

Greeted by a warm welcome in Thai. It's a spacious establishment, with lunch specials, and an ocean of seafood options, if you, like me, cannot eat the meats here. Excellent for groups, and south eat Asians who miss their cultural delicacies. BOOTH seats availabl to complete the experience. The food in the photo is Yen Ta Fo or Yong Tau Foo, lunch spécial 11.99

BEWARE! They charge 15% service fee and have specifications on how they would like a bill split for a small party by their terms! Just avoid this restaurant by all means! Manager is disgustingly rude as well!

The food was bad and service was poor. I never felt the $70 I spent with tips and taxes for the shabu shabu was worth it. No wonder the place was almost empty. I’m never setting foot at this place ever again.

In town for a business conference and stopped by for some delicious Cajun food. The crawfish and crab legs were excellent, along with crab cakes and calamari. Dianne, our waitress, was wonderful and provided excellent service!

Went here during the Thai festival and it was terrible. The items are food stall portion for the full restaurant price, and everything came in disposable plates and bowls. This may be due to the shortage of staff but at least let the patrons the heads up or reduce the price to match.
