Tiny place, but that açaí bowl hits different. Very friendly service as well! I got a scoop of each - açaí, coconut, mango. Coconut and mango for a tad bit sweet for me but they were still good.

I'm so happy I had the opportunity to checkout Ubatuba Açaí in the Beverly Grove area, it reminded me of being in Brazil my favorite country to Visit. The staff Gilbert and Elany (not sure if I spelled her name right) were very helpful. And Elany the manager and most of the staff is from Brazil making it feel more authentic when you eat the food. They both helped me decide which empanada and açaí bowl to order as well as the toppings. I ordered the Beyond Philly Empanada and added the chimichurri and hot sauce which made it even more delicious. I also had an açaí bowl with granola, almonds, chia seeds, strawberries, bananas, and almond butter. It was absolutely amazing and made me feel like I was on Ipanema Beach watching the waves. Both items were very filling too, and I can't wait to come back again with my friends. There's metered parking and also seating outside perfect for a sunny day in LA.

Best acai bowl I've had in LA :)Loved my time here! I was welcomed and helped by Lais who was so incredibly nice. The spinach and cheese empanada was delicious and I especially loved the crunchy outside but melty inside. There were so many toppings available for the acai bowl, I really appreciated all the different combinations they offered. Not many places offer niche toppings like goji berries and grains so this was such an amazing spot. I'll def be back!

Staff was great about explaining what Açaí is, confirming I was pronouncing it correctly (I admit, I cheated and Googled the pronunciation before I went!), and walking me through building a bowl. Not only was the end result delicious, but it was pretty as well!! And vegan food can be hit or miss, but the vegan empanada was spot on. The location is small but vibrant, with outside sidewalk seating available. I’ll be back!!
