Uchi West Hollywood

This was my third Uchi restaurant, and 5th experience. Absolutely incredible meal. Service, atmosphere, and food were five star throughout! One of my favorite restaurants in the US, without a doubt! Already excited about my next visit!

By far the best Uchi Restaurant we tried and we've been to Miami and the original in Austin, really well done and recommend sitting at the sushi counter!!

Kindness and care in every. single. bite. That is what it is like to eat here, and it just isn't to be missed. Come when you have a hunger not just for great food, but for a feeling of connection to people—for the feeling that people have been wanting to reach you, and that they care that you're there to enjoy what they've been working so hard to offer. Your joy, your satisfaction, your delight—it really matters to them, and if you come open to having those experiences, they will fill you to overflowing. Happy hour, full dinner...whatever you can make time for, get there. The chefs, the servers (Matt and Uché are stellar examples), everyone—they're all in, and extraordinary at what they do. Seize every chance you can to experience and appreciate it.

Best Salmon and toro nigiri ever. Great rolls, brussel sprouts out of the world!!! Highly recommended

Simply amazing! We had the tasting menu, and it was exquisite. We were seated right on time and in our preferred seating area- sushi bar. Food presentation was gorgeous and the flavors phenomenal. We finally found our favorite restaurant in LA!

Do not skip out on this place- best sushi in LA (beats nobu) Definitely my top spot for sushi/asian fusion

Waiter Alex was top notch. This is coming from someone with over 10 years of customer service. Didn't have the opportunity to interact with other staff members but they all seem amazing as well

Went for dinela and they were definitely working out some kinks. Took over 2 hours for a party of 2 and didn't get to have dessert bc our meter ran out
