The burger was good but not worth the money. I had ColeSlaw, which was really disgusting.

Vegetarian options: Don’t trust this place with their vegetarian option. I ordered the impossible the first time, and they got it wrong. I took it back, and they literally gave me the same wrong order back. I accidentally ate some and now feel ill. Great way to set up a flight, $33 to be sick.

Stopped by here after a long late flight. They were opened and Juan served me pleasantly.

Thank you for your kindness.

Staff weren’t very friendly, burger was reasonably good but expensive, fries tasted like cardboard and were both boiling hot yet undercooked

Waited 15 minutes even though they were dead. $35 for a burger, fries and drink. They forgot my seasoning on the fries, waited 10 minutes for them to add seasoning, was obvious they forgot even though they had the fries on the bench and me standing there and no customers. After getting my fries back with no apology or updates I got it back with no salt, just seasoning. Burger was good. Crazy that people like the lady at the counter can have a job in service.

This is a hamburger shop located in Terminal B of Los Angeles International Airport. Originated in Ross in 2009, the store name comes from the Japanese word for ``umami''. In Japan, we have stores in Aoyama, Shinjuku, Ebisu, Roppongi, and Yokohama.
I wanted to try a burger made with Impossible Foods' patty and compared it to a regular burger.
As for the taste, the burger usually wins by far. Although it looks like a meaty burger that looks delicious, Impossible Foods' patty is still not as good as meat. My impression is that it's not the kind of food that costs more than usual.
This illustrates the current situation in which alternative meat startups are struggling across the board.
I think Mos Burger in Japan does a pretty good job with their soy patties. If you are interested, please try Japanese moss.

I recently tried a burger made with an Impossible Foods patty, as I was curious to compare it to a regular burger. In terms of taste, the regular burger wins hands down. While the Impossible Foods patty looks like a delicious, meaty burger, it still doesn't quite match the taste of real meat. My impression is that it's not worth the higher price compared to a regular burger.

This reflects the current struggles many alternative meat startups are facing. On the other hand, I think the soy patty at Japan’s Mos Burger is doing a pretty good job. If you’re interested, I recommend trying it at Mos Burger in Japan.

Ordered a truffle burger, Sam’s crispy chicken sandwich, manly fries and truffle fries. Super dissatisfied. The service was good, but it’s not the same Umami Burger I normally have. Quality was not there anymore and didn’t even compensate for that with quantity. $59.46 is way too much for 2 burgers and 2 fries that aren’t what the taste they used to be.

Patty was thinner than an McDonald’s patty btw

Burger was cold. Ordered a patty melt and all they did was turn the bun inside out. Not toasted at all.
