The mango slush with crystal boba is so bad I stopped drinking after one sip. Dont order. I have to order at a nearby coffee bean to get adark chocolate ice blended to satisfy my sugar cravings. They have no restroom. The server seems not very friendly. They dont even look in your eyes when handling your order. Feels like I got your money here's your order, now leave.

Ume Tea is so adorable and kawaii! The service was great. They have an extensive menu with so many options like milk teas, fruit teas, yogurts, slushies, and matcha. My favorite was the tanghulu yogurt drink. Plus snacks like fried tofu and popcorn chicken! There is a small lot for parking.

Great concept of different prizes (plushies, toys, etc) in drinks. I had lower expectations for my order as I assumed the focus would be on the toy, but I was pleasantly surprised by my taro drink. The taro was plentiful and fresh and mixed well with the milk, and the price was very reasonable.

Lovely vibes inside. The staff is very friendly and the place looks so inviting. Their drinks also tasty - minus the mango ones maybe. I think there’s something off about their mango flavoring / syrup.
Some of my favorites include the rose milk tea and the lemon green tea. I also enjoy their popcorn chicken but the prices have gotten noticeably higher.

Everything is so heavy and sweet here. Not many normal combos. Everything has green tea or some type of milk/dairy. The caffeine-free menu has no real “slushie”-type options. I’ll just go to more normal places. Customer service was okay; I tipped.

I used to live close by almost went there every weekend it’s so good. Their boba is so soft. Nowadays still go once in a while. It’s got busy always inside the store it’s kind of tiny inside. Parking is packed. But it doesn’t take more than 10 minutes. Last time placed the order online it’s force me to tip, which isn’t right.
