WOW!!! Such delicious food here at this establishment. I was so happy to finally visit Uncle John’s cafe during my recent trip. I had a feast including the steak and eggs alongside hash browns and toast as well as an ice Thai tea (patrons have the option to add boba, but i personally just wanted the tea as is). Came here to trying their Hong Kong inspired dishes. Ordered HK style French Toast, spicy pork chop and spicy orange chicken.
Spicy pork chop was overly deep fried. The taste was okay, similar to typical pepper salted pork, but the meat was too dry and a little tough from the frying. There was chopped jalapenos on top but the pork was not spicy.
