I have had amazing and easy stays both times I've visited DTLA. Great stuff super close by for good eats and tourist attractions. The service really slows down at night time though, for sure. Wish there were more amenities available for guests.
All of the staff was so kind and went above and beyond
Three who really had my back while in LA FOR authors conference .
- franky from the AM shift
-isareal from MID shift
And Brandon from the over night shift
The room was very nice and it was near a super cute restaurant / bar (next door)
They have an amazing rooftop as well.
Close to a weed dispensary and other food .
Taco spot open 24-7
Seriously book here !
Everything was good except the guys/front door lobby gentleman was rude in “telling me which elevator to use” ?on7/1)
Absolutely stunning! From the decor to the service of staff! Plenty of bars/ restaurants nearby, parking next to the hotel and a couple blocks down.
I loved the fact that in order to get in, you need a code, an added safety measure. I felt safe here.
I’d advise against staying here! They care way more about making a quick buck than about the guest experience whatsoever. The front desk people were nice but the ones who work for Kasa customer service couldn’t care less about how your experience was. There was URINE, yes URINE on the toilet seat when I got into my room. Therefore it was clearly not cleaned, and who knows how dirty the rest of the room really was. No bath towels were stocked in my room, my shower didn’t have a curtain so you’re freezing every time you stand outside of the stream of water, the toilet paper dispenser was falling out of the wall, the bed (particularly the pillows) was super uncomfortable, the walls are paper thin. Just a bad experience overall. And if all that wasn’t enough, my business plans were cancelled the night I got in so the 5 night stay turned into a 1 night stay and I was refused a refund for the nights… I DIDN’T STAY. Absolutely ridiculous policy, after all that you’d think someone would have enough heart to understand and help, but as I said they're in it to make a quick buck, not to “build the global accommodations brand of choice that is beloved by guests” like they claim their mission is. If you asked me I’d say save yourself the headache and go stay somewhere else.
Amazing rooms with a cool vibe and a great roof top bar. Highly recommended.
Only thing negative, there is no parking on site. Public parking is $15 for 8 hrs and $15 each additional 8 hrs and so on. Totalling $45 for 24 hrs. 👎🏼Pool is only 3 feet and cant swim in it. Came with family and was disappointed in the size of the pool. Rooms however, are cozy and temp is ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️
Great value and cool rooms. I travel for business so this is a great cost option. Only addition I would like is an iron in the room.
The drinks here are delicious! I got a pear cocktail.Great views! Get there early because it gets really packed after 11pm or so.

Came for a comedy show on 12/1/23 and had a drink beforehand. Pricey, but understandable given location. I will not be returning because the bartender added extra money onto their tip on my credit card. Not cool.

Great vibe and DJ! It was our first time here, and we enjoyed the view on a beautiful night. The only downside was that there was only one bar, and it took over 20 mins to get served. We avoided getting drinks because of the slow-moving line.

We were here for a drink on Sunday at around 2pm. It was quiet and not too many people. Service was horrible since we had to order our drinks at the bar. Drinks were okay, little pricey for what you get. Dj (female) was horrible! Looks like she was learning but the kinda music she was playing was too heavy for the relaxing atmosphere. Great views and very nice decor. Convenient parking next to the hotel ($10 if you get there early, $25 after 5pm).
