7:44pm went up to ask & order on a table next to employee on cellphone7:04pm arrived and checked in6:44pm email says it will be ready at 7:146:34pm ordered with 15-25 min wait time- did not complain in June because it was busy and cookies are beyond yummy- made sure to check in after learning last time that ChowNow (the business preferred) does not appear on the tablets- confused why delivery drivers get their food in the lockers and get an accurate time- upset that male employee made no effort to tell me that my order was sitting right next to him and did not apologize- cookies were not at all as warm as last time- (female employee was great last time, but she ended her shift when I arrived)

Ok everyone that loves a good baked warm cookie I want you to order from Urban bakked right now! Hands down they are the best no questions asked. My cookies are always fresh and warm when I order. Delicious taste ,nice size cookies you want be disappointed. Come back and thank me later. Enjoy ?

UPDATE DOWN BELOW!!!Got all the way down here and they weren’t even open, but google maps said they were. Gas is too high right now to be that narcistic!Was still in the area, called and got no answer. Next Day … so I did get a call back and I am on my way to get my order ? Ofcourse I will get an update up when I get it! Stay tuned…?Okay back with an update, so this company is compartmentalized into one establishment contain several different restaurants which through me off but they do answer the phones in a polite and professional manner.Cookies cane in the cutest box and wrap. Now for what you really want to know, me too, and yes I concur that these were some of the best oatmeal raisin cookies I have ever had. The edges were golden brown and crispy while the massive center was chewy, raisins on top of raisins and the box kept them temperate for the ride home.

Amazing!!!! Chocolate chip cookies are so good. Warm gooey chocolate chip. Soft middle with a lil crisp to the edges! The peanut butter cookies are like no other. They put real peanut halves and peanut toffee or something. Very delicious. I just ordered oatmeal im excited. I love cookies and these are the best cookies in the city. They also come in a pouch that keeps them warm if you get delivery. ????

I recently tried the mon diue cookie as well as the strawberry universe cookie which are completely flavorful and lack absolutely nothing. I have never had a cookie so crispy and soft at the same time. I’ve found my new cookie spot, this place is a MUST if you are visiting or living in LA.

Let me tell you. These cookies are everything. When I say everything I mean everything. They are so freakin delicious. You can tell they are made with love and passion. I was nervous about trying at first but I am glad I went through with it because they were life changing. This is definitely my new favorite spot for sure. You definitely need to try these for sure

10/10 REKKOMEND!!! i love me some chocolate chip cookies. didn’t know about UB until I picked up an Uber eats order..looked them up and came back the next week. Their choc chip cookie is perfectly BAKKED! crispy outside, soft and gooey inside! and it’s not too thick, not too thin…just so so good!!! i also got the pb and toffee, also great! but i will stick to the CCC for sure!

I ordered a half dozen cookies as a gift after having spoke with Ryan over the phone, he was very helpful and accommodating. The cookies were baked fresh to order and I got a chance to eat a sample of the peanut butter cookie that I ended up devouring on my short drive home. Wow, what a delicious treat! Most peanut butter cookies I try barely taste of peanut butter but this one was so full of my favorite flavor that it's among the very best I have ever had (and I've tried countless different kinds before). I instantly felt regret that the remaining cookies were a gift and had to restrain myself from opening up the box because I knew I would not be able to stop from eating them all.I will definitely be coming back for more, it's my new life's mission to try all the rest of the different flavors. Ryan has earned this person's business for as long as he wants to take my money. Thank you, Ryan.
I've been wanting to try this place for a while. It's best to order online if you are planning to pick up in store since you can't buy directly at the store. The cookies came nice and hot and worth every penny. So happy that they put a cookie with walnuts on the menu! They even included a nice note on the box.

LOVE LOVE LOVE it’s the freshness of the cookies for me. I like that I was able to order off of grub hub! My favorite cookie was deff the oatmeal raisin but they make a mean chocolate chip cookie as well! I will deff be ordering from them again!
