Wish I checked the reviews first, awful coffee

This was a beautiful respite from an otherwise LOOOOONG travel day. Joel was an amazing bartender and made my visit exquisite. Cheers!

Pleasant place to grab a drink or bite in chaos of Terminal 1 - everyone bitching about airport prices must never have flown before

I ordered a fruit smoothie. It was light and refreshing.

IF YOU ARE READING THIS JUST GO TO THE COFFEE BEAN. This place is pathetic. They don’t use their espresso machine to make espresso… they have a Starbucks one button machine NEXT to it where they make it. Muffin was nuked beyond belief to the point where it was somehow liquid. Staff was rude and slow. WAY overpriced. Never again

Their smoothie is awful! They added vanilla-flavored syrup, and the frozen fruit used had a freezer taste. This is my first and last try.

Hazelnut latte was very good and also very hot so ask for it to be cooler because you can't drink it for 10 minutes. Breakfast burrito was tasty and the shell was slightly crispy which was nice that it is not soggy.
The area has a modern design that is comfortable.

Earth Café normally has great food no matter where you go. This is a simple walk up and order café. We ordered a breakfast burrito and a hazelnut latte. Both were delicious. Both were served slightly too warm. Once everything cool down, it was delicious.

Croissant tasting like cardboard.
Customer Service is very nice but we had to stand up four times and ask them to fix our food rather than each which is the main reason why we stopped in the first place. Disappointed.

They claimed to offer the best in the world.... Well, that's wild their coffee tastes like hot chocolate

I would not complain about the super acid tomato soup (not even croutons) if the mood of the cashier were not even more acidic than the soup. You may hate your job, please don't make me feel that's a sacrifice to serve your customer. You can always look for another job. Plenty of opportunities out there. I hope you feel better.

Urth Caffe is a decent option in T1. The sprout sandwich is a solid option that isn't fries, or a bland salad. I am thankful that there is vegan cheese in it! It's pretty tasty but more of an "old school" vegan taste. My only complaint? Extremely overpriced. I know it's an airport but $18.80 is steep.

I was pleasantly surprised and impressed by the friendly staff and excellent service here in Terminal 1. My chocolate croissant was absolutely scrumptious—light, flaky, and moist, just the way it should be.

Though I don’t usually drink an Americano on the go (I prefer my coffee from a mug), I have to say the Americano here was fantastic! Even in a paper cup, it was strong, bold, flavorful, and had just the right kick.

Been flying out of the southwest terminal for 13 years and just this year they changed their menu. No more fresh food but instead microwaved powdered eggs.

Fresh tarts and other great pastries have been replaced by bread only pastries.

Really gone down hill. Shame that Urth Cafe has let its reputation go in order to save some $$$. It’s also 4:15am and they are not yet open. Supposed to open at 4am.
