What's not to love about all their offerings? The chocolates are brilliant, baked goods & sandwiches just remarkable! On a free morning I'll drive just to pick up some creme fraiche scones for breakfast! And man, the petite fours!
I ordered a lemon cake. We were disappointed that it was quite dense and not very lemony! I am not sure I would make the drive again.

The baker refused to make my birthday to the customization I had asked for. Because they were concerned, it would ruin their brand. I didn’t know a very had a brand without its customers. I have bought a birthday cake from them over the last decade many times this will probably be the last times not only was there approach unfriendly. The customer experience was unprofessional.

The food/service/atmosphere does not apply. My husband purchased a box of chocolates (mainly pralines and some truffles). 110 dollars...well, we are used to Sprungle (Swiss) or Chocolat (Austrian) and willing to pay for those. Both are infinitely superior to 'Valeries' and less expensive. Why the hype? Yes, the chocolate is decent but not worth the price. Perhaps other parts of what she sells is wonderful but Heath bars are the equivalent to the pralines, and Lindl is smoother and in my book better than the truffles.

Absolutely Terrible. Service ewww and owner is nasty obnoxious piece of garbage. That’s really putting it nicely. Get a life and learn how to treat people like human beings. Disgusting and should be Ashamed!

Called 5 times in 2 hours. Each time was told "I will call you back in 2 minutes." And "We'll call you back in a few minutes." They never ended up ever calling me back. Had to call the Glendale location to place an order to be picked up here.I told them repeatedly that I was trying to place an order for my mother's birthday, and that I needed to leave for work. They don't care. Place has completely gone downhill. The other reviews saying that customer service is non-existent are right.Her birthday was actually several weeks ago, and she wanted the blueberry pie. I tried calling over a dozen times back then as well. Each time an employee told me I would get a call back in a few minutes. Each time was a lie.
