Awesome spot in a very nice and chill neighbourhood in Echo Park. The coffee absolutely slaps and the food is delicious. I went for the shiitake mushroom eggs which was amazing, and their basque cheesecake which is a must. Highly recommend!
Stopped by Valerie this morning for a bite, and was not disappointed! We got a scone, a breakfast hand pie, and then couldn’t resist getting a slice of pie as well (it was breakfast, but pie is full of fruit, so it seems fine to me. And it was delicious, so obviously worth breaking whatever social norms may exist around having “dessert” first thing in the morning…anyway)

Simply the best in Echo Park! Consistently good! Staff is SO sweet and truly cares about their community. I’ve been going there for a few years and they’ll gift me sweets from time to time. The coffee is always so good and everything on the menu is delicious. Valerie forever!!!!! ❤️
