Can't believe how late I am to finding this place as someone who looooves soft serve! First off, the soft serve was creamy & delicious. Soo quality. I see a couple reviews complaining about the price but personally I think quality soft serve is worth at least $5-6 as base price. I thought it was reasonably priced especially for the size! My cousin and I finally found soft serve on the west side! At the new Valley Swirl on Pico, you can drive up, place your order on a digital screen, and enjoy conventional soft serve, or have them run your favorite hard-packed flavors through the swirl machine. The waffle cones are crispy and made to order. Worth a lick. Recommended
