Van Leeuwen Ice Cream

Ordered through DoorDash , ran out of what we order and instead of calling decided to just sent a piece of paper saying out of stock and had a driver deliver it.

Very good ice cream that had a rich flavor profile. The staff was also friendly and welcoming. Will be returning here and recommend.

They don’t take cash which is od…The ice cream is alright but there are better spots around tbh

They were out of many flavors when we went to this shop on Sunday. However, whatever we did get a chance to try was good. Liked pistachio, Earl Grey, chocolate and vanilla, not so much the Honeycomb.

Out of so many flavors on a Saturday afternoon. Not good

Wonderful experience, great ice cream and the store is well set up. Staff did a fantastic job, the prices were better than expected.

Great smells and tastes. Wasn’t super impressed with the Vegan Sweet Potato flavor but loved the Vegan Peanut Butter Brownie Honeycomb. Apparently the dairy version of it was also great.

A really cool and modern ice cream shop with soooo many tasty flavours! They had classic flavours plus original ones too. I got the pumpkin with a waffle cone and it was sooo good! I'd never heard of Van Leeuwen before but now they're on my radar - I'll be looking out for them for sure!

Unpleasant and disappointing.

My daughter and I tried a new flavor at a different location several weeks ago called Sour Cherry Creamsicle. We both loved it. I stopped into this location on Franklin recently to buy more and a guy working told me to come back June 17th when the new flavor would be available in this store. (He said it was already listed on the inventory.)

Today I drove 25 mins out of my way to get this ice cream to share with my kiddo. When I walked in and asked for it the girl behind the counter just stared, blinked, and said “Noooo?” like, who left the door open and why are you talking to me?

I probably would’ve bought another flavor if she’d said anything besides that, especially since I drove so far. But I did not. I left the shop, went next door to Gelson’s and bought 2 pints of Haagen Dazs.

Alyssa was absolutely fantastic! Her patience and accommodation were exceptional as we decided what to order. This was my first visit to this ice cream shop, and thanks to Alyssa, I'll definitely return. <3
