I had a disappointing experience at this ice cream shop due to the rude service. When I politely requested a second tasting, the server behind the counter responded with a snarky comment. I also encountered resistance when I asked to split my serving into two flavors; they flatly refused. To top it off, when I wanted to add chocolate to a pint I was paying for, they said no as well. Save yourself the hassle and head to Palazzo Gelato or Salt and Straw down the street. The staff there is not only friendlier and fun, but also more accommodating to reasonable requests.
