I absolutely love this place. Their food is amazing and I crave it all the time. What I don’t like is that they seem unreliable. When they had a location in Eagle Rock one time I ordered online and drove to the location only to find the store completely shut down. I’ve gone to DTLA a few times but one time it was completely shut down (again!) during their business hours. Most recently I saw on Lost Parrot’s website that they’re there from 5-8 PM on Thursdays. Driving to that location however brought me to another shut down business. (Though in this case it might not be the fault of Vegan Hooligans.) I don’t know what it is about this business but they’re very frustrating to order from.
The dasher claims they got stuck in traffic and asked me to cancel the order. So I didn’t get to eat my wet burrito and hard shell taco. Sad. I’m scarred for life. I don’t think I can ever order from here again. It was traumatic.

Y’all misspelling habanero and it’s weird, there is no ñ in habanero
EDIT: it’s a continued misspelling on the screens and on the printed menus, just fix it and I’ll change it to five stars :) food was great
The food is always good. I ordered the western burger with fries. The fries were meh, so I wouldn't get fries. The burger was really good. My spouse got the pablano chili breakfast burrito with beyond patty and omg.... it's a must-have. Flavors were amazing. Then my friends got the taco trio, and all agreed that the chorizo was the best taco.
Nice wrap, chicken was really good
I love this place! It's located in a food hall amongst other eateries.
If you want a loaded [vegan] burrito, burger, fries, or even an amazing shake, this is the place! I like the flavor, the spice, the housemade salsas and sauces. There are deals every week. And new items unveiled ever so often as well. The cashier at the front is helpful. She's so sweet! Certain choices are customizable and can be swapped out. The prices are reasonable. The wait time is short. And the food is bomb!

Great place. One of my favorite restaurants in LA. I do have to say, I wish the hours where different, I live next to the location but when ever I am off work or needing a dinner or lunch I can never seem to catch them open…the last 4 times I have tried to go they have been closed. Hopefully they can extend their hours a little later, even 8 pm would make me happy ?

Food is fantastic, I just don't like the hours lol
Wish they were open more often. Everytime I think to get something they're closed.

Weird location but food is amazing
Vegan food is not my thing. That being said, this food is AMAZING!!! Would have not known it was vegan at all. Meat in my mouth was perfect.

Watched as at least 4 people who ordered after me get their food first. Watched the vegan bacon cheeseburger meant for me sit on the counter as the guy picked it up moved it here, moved it there, put it back but never handed it to me. More people showed up after me and they also got their food first. Finally they ask me what did I order. I hand him my ticket and he shuffles papers around, can't seem to find the ticket. Finally he hesitantly hands me the food. Absolutely abysmal service. As for the vegan bacon cheeseburger there was only one note to it. And that was pickles. It could have been beef, vegan, or a piece of wood, I wouldn't have been able to tell the difference because it only tasted of pickles.
Save your money. This place is the worst.
