I absolutely love this place. Their food is amazing and I crave it all the time. What I don’t like is that they seem unreliable. When they had a location in Eagle Rock one time I ordered online and drove to the location only to find the store completely shut down. I’ve gone to DTLA a few times but one time it was completely shut down (again!) during their business hours. Most recently I saw on Lost Parrot’s website that they’re there from 5-8 PM on Thursdays. The dasher claims they got stuck in traffic and asked me to cancel the order. So I didn’t get to eat my wet burrito and hard shell taco. Sad. I’m scarred for life. I don’t think I can ever order from here again. It was traumatic.

Y’all misspelling habanero and it’s weird, there is no ñ in habanero

EDIT: it’s a continued misspelling on the screens and on the printed menus, just fix it and I’ll change it to five stars :) food was great
