I was a frequent customer here, lunch and dinner almost daily as I live down the street in West Hollywood and at the office ht are down the street as well. what was so annoying is when they changed the menu and destroyed the #1 thing I got all the time, the BTLA on sourdough bread. you changed it to Rye and lost me as a customer. all good things must come to an end, sad to see you leave but one by one you've taken things off the menu I loved. the burger had a brioche bun and made the burger so delicious. Rye bread for that sandwich, tragic.

I have been a Veggie Grill fan probably since they opened, and I know they can be hit or miss depending on location. This location on Sunset and Crescent Heights however, is a great one!! I am lucky enough to work nearby so I frequent this particular Veggie Grill...maybe a little too often... but not only has the food been consistent, the staff has been very friendly, helpful, and personable. In particular, Ashley, Fernando, Kyle, and Azul have all come to know me and have been warm, welcoming, and overly-accomodating every time. The other staff is great as well, but these 4 really deliver a personal experience and are happy to accommodate any requests, recommendations, special orders/rushed orders, and always give the option to let them know if you don't like a new item (which is never a problem). Thank you Veggie Grill team for treating me well! :)

There is a Veggie Grill closer to my home but I frequent this location specifically to see Fernando and Ashley's smiling faces. They always make my day better with their happy attitudes!! Tonight at 9pm this dynamic duo made my Santa Fe Crispy Chicken sandwich with gluten free bread and fresh little salad soooo much better! Thank you for making my dinner special!!! See you two soon!!!

Oh my gosh, ok, so first, I started going full vegan recently. I have been a vegetarian since I was little, but I decided to take that extra step and cut out all other animal products. Second, I just moved back to LA this past Sunday (it's now Thursday), and I knew nothing about veggie grill. I've heard of it, but never went in. So when I was hungry, I looked up on my phone "vegan food near me" and veggie grill came up. I looked at the online menu and I was surprised to see HOW much food they can make! And of course on top of that, it's all 100% vegan!I was so excited and so many things look so good that I went in right away. I ordered and the people are so so nice, but the food is absolutely out of this world! And I kid you not, I've been back EVERY night since!I want to try EVERYTHING!This is absolutely one of my most favorite restaurants! Thank you so much for making some of the yummiest vegan food! I'm so glad we're at a time now or we can make alternatives to pretty much everything!

Omg this Veggie Grill is literally the best one ever: Lets start with the welcoming smiles I get right when I walk through the door. The employees here have such great energy and they always make me feel so welcome. Fernando and Ashley deliver exquisite customer service. They are always so helpful and gracious with their knowledge of the menu along with their great attitudes. They are literally the best!! My food was delicious as always and it always comes out very quickly. I only have 30 minutes on my lunch break and my food is delivered to my table so quickly that I have time to enjoy it. But, even though made quickly, it is made perfectly. I will definitely be coming back and will recommend this Veggie Grill to all my friends. I just hope they're lucky enough to get service from Ashley and Fernando!!

First of all the woman who took my order was very distracted and didn't even realize I ordered a ginger beer. When my food came out I found literal toothpick pieces in my tacos so naturally I complained. I told the other employee and she grabbed my plate and turned to her coworkers to say "this b**** didn't like her plate" she said this in Spanish because she assumed I didn't speak Spanish which I do. Terrible experience don't come here.

It's no easy task given how many vegan options there are in Los Angeles to find one that has great food and positive staff members. But Veggie Grill Sunset hit the mark! Fernando and Ashely are the reason I keep coming back to this place. They are super friendly from the moment a customer walks in and they smile when taking your order. They know everyone's name from memory and make sure the food is prepared exactly the way you order it. They rock!

As I post this, 2:30 pm on a Saturday, not exactly lunch rush hour, every table either has somebody sitting in it or remains unused (I counted a dozen or so unused) including the only one close enough to clean that I had to wipe before sitting in myself. They are out of clean spoons, my knife and fork had food stuck to it so I had to grab another, and only two tables were bussed in last 5 mins I've been sitting here. Great food is what I come for so I'm battling through this one, but not how I expected to spend my lunch. Other experiences have been plasent, just not this time at this. ***Update: See photo of emailed credit. They made up for it :)

We all know that feeling when you walk into a restaurant and the staff is so gentle, so loving and kind... it feels like you never want to go eat anywhere else... well, this is such a place for me. I am always amazed that even when my day has been challenging, I walk into this Veggie Grill and I'm greeted by Azul or Kyle, and my day immediately feels much better. While waiting in line, I have often witnessed how Azul manages to make every customer smile and I immediately think that this is exactly what we all need nowadays.Thank you guys for always delivering on great food and exemplary service.

This restaurant is the best burger joint around. You can build your own burger with so many choices from bun, meat, veggies and sauce. You get exactly the burger you want. I try and come here once a year when I’m in town.

I can't believe I haven't reviewed this place yet! I used to come here a lot more often but took a hiatus and happy to come back! I have been pretty sick lately and we ordered in. I ordered a mushroom burger with a soup side. The soup was kinda greasy but oddly it was soothing for my throat. The burger was pretty good, it was the only thing I was able to eat all day. Thanks to this place, it was the only meal I was able to down and finish with content.

My brother was in from out of town, and I took him here to have vegan food. We were greeted by a cheerful and warm employee by the name of AZUL. It's so refreshing to go to a business where an employee loves their job and loves to give the best customer service. AZUL kept checking on us, since it was our first time here.
