I just got the 5-day cleanse. First time I ordered and of course they packaged it wrong according to the person that I've been emailing with. One of the soups seal was broken and it leaked out. Very disappointed with the customer service because she says that they can't send me a replacement soup just to $12 refund for the one that was damaged.
