Walked in Saturday at 1:15 when it was not so busy and the hostess asked us to wait for a table. 15 minutes passed and we just kept getting ignored so we ended up

Delicious, family friendly spot. Yummy baked goods-- the bolillos are ?. Lots of outdoor seating.Kid-friendliness: Mostly there were families there, so it's definitely kid-friendly.

Food never disappoints! My go-to plate is the chilaquiles and they are the best I’ve had!

I really wanted to like this place since it's walking distance from my house. The food is good, generous portions but the service is terrible. It appears the servers are doing you a big favor coming to the table to take orders and often forgetting what was ordered... and unfriendly attitude when we asked for the vanilla in our coffees...

They would be millionaires if they didn’t close so darn early. Been wanting to bring my family & friends here for the amazing food. Great bakery but the food here is spot on!

Delicious food, coffee ☕ and fresh baked bread and pastries! Wonderful atmosphere to relax and enjoy your food, company, not rushed and animals welcome on the outside patioDietary restrictions: They are so kind and friendly and make everything fresh. I'm sure they would cater to just about any request.

Great hidden gem with unpretentious food and big portions. The shady patio is a great spot to dine in. I love the chiliquiles and breakfast burrito. I'm told the smoothies are also really good as well.

Love to pick up coffee here but didn't love the food when I tried it. I ordered a pretty standard brunch but it was a while ago.The coffee being so cheap and fast is a godsend though. The spiced coffee is my favorite.Bakery doesn't look super interesting to me but I also haven't tried it.

Plancha was alright. The burrito was big enough to fill me up, but I felt it and the side of rice and beans was a bit generic and bland.I'm a chef of 30 years so I do take food and it's taste quite seriously

Outstanding friendly and helpful service is the number one thing at this little gem. The two women who served us were friendly and had glow of real happiness on them, which is almost spooky for Los Angeles, but all the more remarkable because of it. The food was very good +- I had the chilaquiles, My friend had the heuvos rancheros, and they serve up a beautiful warm bolillo, which made me wish I could come back and sample their bakery in a more systematic fashion. the chilaquiles were very good but my bar is very high, unfairly so, I reckon. I think the HR were good too. I very much liked their unsweetened cafe olla, which I think I ruined by putting in half and half in a fit of distraction. Well it wasn't ruined but it would have been better without it. And I love what they did to make the sidewalk seating a friendly grotto like porch -- a pleasant oasis of character in this pretty bleak commercial neighborhood. I'd return again if I were for some reason in the neighborhood again...Parking: Street parking, no handicap parkingWheelchair accessibility: Not great. Bathrooms out back. Steps up the porch. Narrow isles.

I ordered to go,every time when I order to go there’s a mistake. ?I write in my order the details of what I need and they do exact opposite, today is the worse time that’s why I decided to write a review, I’m very disappointed, the chilaquiles are chips ( not enough salsa) I requested spicy and it wasn’t spicy at all, the menudo was very salty and way over seasoned ?. I know their greasiness to the menudo but a 1/3 of my container?! The meat tastes like it’s from last week or something.
