The best Cuban I’ve had on the west coast. Almost as good as the Versailles in Miami… but it the best one on the west coast hands downs.

Love this place. I order Rabo encendido.. sounds funny but its my favorite plate. Ox tail in red sauce with a side or beans and rice. Finger licking good.

I dined at Versailles for a friend’s birthday and it was a truly sensational culinary experience. The wings? Sublime! Empanadas? Toasty and flavorful. The sandwiches ? Excellent. Just excellent.
The flan too was a nice touch for the birthday boy.
Versailles, on a dîner comme la des rois.

Best cuban food I ever had. The pollo al mojo de ajo it's tender and juicy. It comes with black beans, rice and banana slices.

Food here never disappoints and our server was phenomenal! My husband and I hadn't been in about 2 years fortunately everything was as good as we remembered it being or better. Can't go wrong with whatever you pick.

Very yummy food. Fast service. Not the most elegant place but the food is authentic & you have a million options to choose from. Their chicken is always delicious.

Poor service when picking up an order.
It's very sad to feel poorly served, and then receive cold and rude treatment from the Restaurant Manager (Rafael, according to what he told me over the phone).
I called to complain (for the second time) that my order wasn't as I had ordered, and the Manager told me he was very sorry and asked what he could do for me. I told him he could send me what was missing from my plate, and he said no, arguing that there wasn't enough staff to do that, and that there was nothing more he could do for me.
I told him he was getting a bad review, and, as if he didn't care at all, he coldly replied that yes, that was my right.
The entire conversation was in Spanish.
What I have noticed when I've eaten sat there is that the treatment to white, Anglo-Saxon people is more friendly, accommodating, and courteous.
Another example of classism/racism?

This is what Cuban cuisine is in my mind. Garlic chicken, excellent. Plantains, very tasty. Beans and rice, perfect a complete protein. I used to live on the same street as the former Manhattan beach location, now im no where close but I make it a priority to eat here when im in town.

Servers went out of their way to assist our large group of 20 people. My parents arrived late and the server just took the plate and made a fresh new one to give my parents a great experience. They always checked on what we needed during the event and even sang a version of Happy birthday to send off my nephew to college which is what the gathering was for. Great time had
