Service was a bit curt today, but the food delivered as per usual! It was pretty busy since they closed off Venice for bikers and pedestrians so everyone was at Versailles. There was a line for the bathroom LOL. Got to try the oxtail stew which was super beefy and rich in flavor. Favorite dish is still the lechon asado. Pro tip: ask for a side of the garlic sauce with onions to enhance any dish you get!

Always the best Cuban food around! The Cuban pork is what they're known for but everything on the menu is good and worth trying if you are willing. Really good food!

I've been a patron of Versailles for quite some time now, often accompanied by friends who are fans of the establishment. Today, I decided to dine alone while working in the neighborhood. Despite it being a weekend and somewhat crowded, there were plenty of available tables. While the service provided by your staff was generally good, it was disappointing to feel rushed during my meal, especially considering the ample availability of seating. The server, although polite, seemed eager for me to settle the bill and leave even before I had requested it. There's a fine balance between attentiveness and rushing customers through their dining experience. I enjoy the food and the ambiance, and I look forward to returning in the future.

I’m visiting from Miami , where Cuban cuisine is on high demand . So I was happy to see there was a Versailles in Cali. As well . But I am highly dissapointed in the food . Not authentic at all . I understand this is not Cuba so can’t expect 100% authenticity , but this was not even 20% authentic .I ordered Pan con Bistec . This was not a pan con bistec . It was not the Cuban bread and it had cheese and no string potatoes . Never had a pan con bistec with cheese . And steak no flavor at all . I was biting into water .Also ordered ropa vieja and although Presentation was what it’s to look like the taste was not it either .it was not prepared as ropa vieja at all. The flavor was off .I can see the good reviews might be from locals that have not had actual Cuban food .But this is not Cuban food .The Versailles in Miami lives up to the expectation. This did not . And it’s a shame it’s promoted as Cuban cuisine when it really isn’t
