Service is terrible. They literally rush you out the door and don't want you in the restaurant. Overpriced and impolite.

I had the sesame chicken and it was lackluster. No flavor at all. Don’t waste your time.

Order came hot and fast but the taste was lackluster. We ordered an orange chicken that didn’t even taste like orange. If you like Panda Express orange chicken you will be disappointed. Wouldn’t recommend the beef and broccoli either.

I purchased some Kun Pao Chicked and it was by far too chewy, overcooked, stale, tasted a day old. This is not good Public Health wise as I will file complaint about the food conditions and quality.

I generally don't review places just from delivery unless the my experience is somehow exceptional. The food from Very Good Chinese is neither very good nor particularly Chinese ― unless cooking chunks of white meat chicken in little more than ketchup is considered Chinese food. Both the sesame chicken and the kung pao chicken were just that: chicken stir-fried in ketchup. It was literally chunks of chicken breast in warmed-up ketchup with some sesame seeds on top. The kung pao was that with some red pepper instead of sesame, as well as cucumber chunks (not zucchini as I first thought ― CUCUMBER) and peanuts. Otherwise, the same ketchup overload. The best thing was the fried rice, but even it didn't taste Chinese. It seemed to have a lot of chicken bouillon seasoning and was more like arroz con pollo. Given that it was an Uber Eats promo, that fact that the best thing was a freebie is even more aggravating.Caveat emptor: Ketchup Kitchen is Very Good Chinese ― on Opposite Day.
