Been looking around for a good Banh Mi since I had moved and can say this is the best of the three I’ve had so far. I really enjoyed the food but the experience was awful enough getting my food that I’m not sure I can justify going back.
I placed a pick up order and was advised it would be ready around 7:11pm. I got to the restaurant at 7:19pm and my order wasn’t ready which I thought was lucky in the moment as I was running late. I waited ten minutes before calling the store for an update and was advised five more minutes.
After waiting an additional twenty minutes I reached back out and was advised my food was ready despite my order still showing as delayed and an update not being sent like I was told.
When I finally got my food after waiting there for an hour in full my Banh mi had just been sitting there and was not as warm as it would be if it were just made like I was told.

Absolutely ridiculous amount of garlic IN the beef. why??? It says the sauce is garlic not the actual entire dish filled with raw garlic. I like garlic as much as the next person but this is inedible and you can smell it 20 miles away. Completely unnecessary and weird extremely annoyed it’s not pictured like that or mentioned I would not have ordered. Ugh
Just Amazing... The food speaks to my soul straight after finishing my plate... Just endless happiness and Delight...
Thank you for the meal.

Ordered beef and chicken pho. Both passable until hair was found in the soup. This was not the delight I was hoping for...

Excellent! Excellent location, pleasant atmosphere. The lunch arrived promptly and was great, and the service was kind. I'm pleased I booked a reservation because it was a rainy Sunday night and the place was largely full. There appear to be a few public lots close by that are reasonably priced.
Pho broth did not taste like Pho at all. It Tasted like some sort of soy sauce based broth. Portions were small and expensive. Noodles tasted like they used dehydrated noodles, not fresh noodles.
I had probably the worst Vietnamese food of my life from this place. I ordered the pork Bahn mi and the chicken pho. My two go to items. The pork in the sandwich tasted like it had been sauced with the most disgusting sauce I don't even know. Like some kind of over-concentrated over-fermented soy taste. I could barely taste any of the other ingredients over it. Gross. The pho was not much better. The chicken was like rubber. The broth was so overly sweet it was hard to enjoy. Nothing like the lovely herbal, medicinal tasting broth I hope for. This was the other end of the spectrum. Sugar water with no love in it whatsoever. Never, ever going back.

Really liked the spicy lemongrass broth. Not a fan of the fettuccine style noodles at all. Overall, BLACK GIRL APPROVED 👍🏾
Ordered beeh pho & fried beef dumplings via doordash. It was delicious!

Asked for spicy broth on Uber eats . Got a broth that was smothered in nothing but dried crunchy seasoned herbs that would not dissolve. If you ask for a spicy broth, it’s obviously supposed to be spicy where you could dissolve it and enjoy it like broth and not feel spicy herbs

FOOD POISONING! BEWARE!!!
The food is tasty, but I didn't feel some special Vietnamese spices. Just as the regular food.

Make sure you order the right things. I frequent the Spring Rolls, sandwiches, and sparkling lemonade. I am heavily lactose intolerant and it’s nice to have so many safe options here. I realize most people go for Pho from a Vietnamese place but the sandwiches are my fav from here. Their pho isn’t bad but the sandwiches are where it’s at. That said I like small bites and this gives me plenty of add on options if I want them. Also if you are a beverage person they absolutely have you covered. For once a can of coke is priced right in LA ($2). I might not be someone who has a crazy good food palette but I appreciate food that makes me feel cozy and healthy. It feels like a lot of love is put into some of the dishes here. If that’s your thing this is a good place to try.
