Is it too cliche to call this a hidden gem? Amazing handmade yellow tortilla quesadillas with ALL THE FIXINS (beans, crema, cotija, grilled onions, jalapeños, etc.) Haven’t tried the meats but love the vegetarian options - mushroom and squash flower. Great selection of salsa. Free grilled onions and some kind of salad (often nopales).
