Vim Thai Restaurant

I been coming to Vim Vims for years but not after my last experience!!! I was charged $140 for same that I use to order 3 weeks before! I use to pay $70 then went up to $95 for Four People , after pandemic it was $107 for four people but last week I paid $140 for 3 people !ordering the same exact thing ! No Thank You ! I think because the place has too much going on even waiters over charge because they think people usually come in big groups place is too overwhelming and you ask why so much and person in register says “I don’t know you ordered I just charge” never again for years I had been a loyal customer but not no more 25+ of years going there that is just sad 😔

So today i went as always and its was the worst treatment i have ever gotten they throw the menu at us and then brougjt the food and never came back with the drinks we finish eating and nothing i call and call for service nothing and then i had to get up and ask for the bill and she ignored me i waited and waited after i had to call again for the damn bill and after eaiting more the came and pretended i pay everything then i called her and she was upset ignored me so i had to ask another person to call the cashier and waited and when she finally wanted to come she came and i told her they never brought the drink with a mad face she took the bill and fix it and brought it back i was soo mad cz they where mad when i was the one without a good service

We learned that it’s cash only only when checking out. No signs when entering. No zelle or venmo accepted. Had to go to a liquor store ATM to get cash with a toddler.

I came to try this restaurant for the first time with my Brazilian friend Tota. The customer service was the besh. The young gentlemen gave us good recommendations and the food tasted amazing. 5/5 highly recommend, thank you for the hospitality

This place is amazing, best place I ever ate at. They have people that can help speak Spanish if needed. Then warm and welcoming atmosphere and it was amazing. I appreciate the people and staff. Let’s get these people with some great reviews please 🤗🤗🤗
