Horrible experience this evening - went in to order a Pepsi (didn’t think that was problem) considering I live a block over. And the girl working goes “does it look like we have Pepsi?”. She was extremely rude and hope she finds a new job because clearly was so miserable. Regardless of what I ordered there - there was no excuse for it.

Delicious pizza, good service and free parking. We ordered a giant pizza in halves and ate on the covered terrace. The guy who helped us was very friendly. Quality/price is the best we have found in L.A.

Tiny shop in terms of space, gracious and accommodating staff, good quality food. Good east coast style pizza and salads.

It's the best pizza I've ever had in LA. It's really thin and crispy. This is a pizza that really reminds me of it haha.

Pizza was sloppy and super greasy also took 70 minutes for one pie (pickup) I’m born and raised in Brooklyn New York so pizza is in my blood, and worry that this is considered “East coast style” the sauce and dough were good but soggy and uneven also $40 for a pie is a tad steep IMO.

I went twice, yesterday 2-12 and today 2-13, the pizza is very tasty here, when I went yesterday, around 1:00pm, the cashier who was there, a young man with long hair, was very friendly and helpful, his service was excellent. Today, around 4:15pm, the cashier, a blonde Caucasian woman, was very rude and her attitude was arrogant and as if she were doing me a favor. If she doesn't like her job, she should look for another one or just don't. work, but don't go around treating clients badly, especially when she has no idea who she is treating.

My friend convinced me to come to a sandwich spot and my mind is on Vito’s. That’s how good Vito’s is. I don’t live too far so it’s become my go to for a slice or two. First time I ever had it, I knew it was different from the rest. Especially the reheated slices. The dough is light, sometimes crunchy, and always has an amazing bread flavor. It really carries all the other flavors perfectly. The sauce, man, is so good! Balanced perfectly by the good quality cheese and toppings. I always order the same thing. Two slices, one cheese, pep extra pep, and an orange soda. Soooooo amazing. Service is always great.

THE WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE Experience I've ever had. On my way to my doctors appointment, I wanted to stop by Vito's pizza to buy and drop off a whole pizza for my family. We usually order large delivery orders from Vito's and like their pizzas. But I will never order anything from them again! My in-person experience was very unpleasant. As I walked-in, no one greeted me. There were two cooks and another employee behind the counter. I patiently waited for a while for anyone to acknowledge me than I said "hello" to get their attention. The employees looked very unhappy and looked like as they didnt want to be there at all. Person who came to take my order, did not even bother to look at me as he was saying I"'ll be right with you", nor did he bother to do it even when he was taking my order.I've asked how long it would take if I placed the order and placed my order. I paid it with the credit card that I usually keep it in the car for gas expenses. However, there was a problem with the payment. It only took $21.69 out of $26.28 total. The balance of $4.59 still needed to be paid. I've told him that I was go to bring my wallet from the car.Unfortunately my wallet was not in my purse (dont carry it since I walk with a cain), so I came back and ask him to cancel the order. He told me that he would have to ask his manager to do it later. His mannerism was very dimissive and his attitude was terrible. I've just had enough of his mistreetment as is, so I insisted to get my refund before I left. I've asked him to call the manager when his frustration and attitude got the good out of him. He said he was busy, he couldn't do that right now and continued to disregard me in a disrespectful way. I demanded to talk to the manager and he had the nerve to tell me that I was being ridiculous. Did he not only cross every boundary between an establishment and a customer, but he crossed every boundary between two human! Thus I told him that I will call the police since he is not making any effort to give my money back (it is never about the money, I'm sure you know) and dieled the number. Only then he immediately called his manager and took care of it within couple of minutes. WOW!It was as simple as that, but he was not going provide the customer service that he was hired to do, he was not doing his job properly, not only that he was not happy himself. Too bed that Vito's pizza is going to lose a well paying long-time customer (online orders mainly). I hope that $4.59 was worth the trouble.I want to end my review by underlining the fact that it is never about the money, it is about respecting another human being and treating them right! Thanks for reading.

A lot of places tout NY Style pizza but this place is the real deal. Either whole pie or by the slice, you can’t go wrong. Wish I found this place sooner. Only area of improvement was the fried ravioli.

As someone from the east coast, it’s hard to find good by the slice pizza. Well I’ve found it. The meatball/jalopeno pizza is divine. My girlfriend loved the Hawaiian and the white pesto. The dough is classic East coast tasting. The prices are also very fair. Highly recommend any pizza lover checks this place out.
