The place itself felt really dirty. The cook rang me up then immediately went to making my food. No putting on gloves. No washing hands. I decided not to eat my food. The Cookie Monster shake also somehow tasted dirty? I don't know how that's even possible. Maybe the machine wasn't cleaned well? I don't know. It made my stomach hurt. And I regretted drinking it. I'd definitely recommend skipping this place. Such a bummer. I was really looking forward to it.

This place is so good! I got a chicken caesar wrap, fries, and a cookie monster milkshake. The shake was definitely the highlight but everything tasted so good. Definitely going to be my go-to vegan place, much better than over hyped spots nearby :-)

I visited VOWburger with a friend on a Sunday evening. There's a good amount of street parking so it was pretty easy to find parking, but then again it was a Sunday. There were only two other people in the restaurant at the time we entered so we were serviced right away. FYI: They have about 4 small tables in the restaurant so keep that in mind if you're planning to dine-in. My friend and I both ordered the Nashville Chicken Sandwich. I also ordered a side of Dirty Fries and my friend ordered hash browns and a Cookie Monster Shake. They prepared our food immediately and it was ready in less than 10 minutes. Overall, we both enjoyed our meals. The Nashville Chicken Sandwich was really good, however, it was slightly bland. The only sauce that comes on it is garlic aioli, and unfortunately, it wasn't doing what it needed to do. Nevertheless, one of the workers gave us extra sauces on the side and adding spicy mayo to the sandwich made it so much better. I definitely recommend asking for spicy mayo (or ketchup if that's your thing) to avoid eating a bland sandwich. Moving on, the dirty fries were bomb! Dare I say that they were better than In-N-Out animal fries? Yes. I also tried my friend's cookie monster shake and it was very very good. If you're a shake person, it's a must order item. I wouldn't say that I was blown away by this experience but I would definitely return to try the other items on their menu.

The taste of the VOWburger is good, the cheese and the green sauce are perfect complement, however the size of the burger is petite, looked like a junior patty size, but bun was tall and pretty but makes the size deceptively bigger. You may want to pay for the additional patty and cheese if you're hungry. The fries are tasty but slightly soft/soggy, maybe from steam on the transport home, but this is not a crispy fry. The chicken tenders are tasty, the texture of the soy chicken is not as realistic as others I've had but the taste is good. I'll probably try other items another day. The location is congested , meter parking on street, so better to go at non-peak hours or have delivered. The ambiance inside is nothing, it's a take out joint.

I came twice in a week because I had to make sure it was actually amazing. This place is FREAKIN AMAZING! I am not vegan or veggie or anything, and the burger (slider) reminds me of In and Out lol It's DELICIOUS . And the fries are my favorite kind too - skinny and crunchy . I think I'm addicted!! Not a converted vegan, but absolutely to this best new LA burger find (meat or not) !

Honestly for the chicken and fries alone I'd come back to this place. The fries were fresh cut and had a little potato skin. The chicken tenders were my first vegan chicken and left me wanting more. I'd honestly love they did a 4 piece of the tenders. I'd definitely come back for that! Thanks

I truly wish I could write a better review because my boyfriend and I eat here EVERY Saturday and always get the breakfast burrito. We have for months because we love it so much and crave it. The past couple of times ingredients have been missing (avocado or beans) and the size of the burrito has DRAMATICALLY decreased. It used to be the size of a Chiptole burrito and now it's smaller than the size of my hand and my hands are small. One whole burrito is the size of what it used to be cut in half. We are so sad about this new update. Please make them bigger again or raise the price. We will gladly pay instead of keeping the same price for half of what we used to get.

Vegan burger perfection and The GREATEST VEGAN STRAWBERRY SHAKE in existence. The BREAKFAST SANDWICH makes you question why McDonald's is still around. I got metaphors, similes and other descriptors for days, but instead of having you read them, go down there and treat yourself to some great vegan food. Excited to hear about their upcoming opening in Stanton. I hope this location keeps the quality taste and service.

I'm very grateful to have so many tasty vegan burger options, and Vow is another great spot for classic fare in plant-based form. The chicken and breakfast options are where Vow will stand out, with the burgers and fries being good but unremarkable. The portions are humble, so order more if you're looking to really grub, and it's a small operation, so you should expect to wait a bit.

I really appreciate that people is looking to make plant based food more accesible for non-vegans. Both chicken burgers were super tasty, crunchy and came with great sauces. But the fries and the shake have space for improvement. The excessive plastic containers are not super environmentally friendly. Service is good but the location is kinda old. Overall good.

I loved that this place is 100% plant-based, but it wasn't the best vegan food I've ever had. It was satisfying and good though! The breakfast sandwich was good, and the Nashville chicken sandwich was pretty good, too. The chocolate shake resembled a Wendy's frosty and was difficult to drink through the straw because it was so thick...super yummy! The shoe string fries were legit ?? ?

WOW. Breakfast. Burrito. This is the best breakfast burrito I've ever had. Generous portion of hashbrowns, beans, Pico de gallo, avocado, and a delicious house-made garlic aioli "vow sauce." The green sauce that comes on the side? I could drink it. Savory to the max, not too salty, and makes me feel energized, not weighed down at all. The VOWegg sandwich is also delicious - it's exactly what you want it to be. But I'm a s***** for a burrito for breakfast. The first morning we went, we came back the next day and the next weekend after that. VOWburger's breakfast is just one of those things that becomes a staple in your life. Ordering online and picking up is SO easy. I recommend being an early bird so that there's plenty of street parking - esp on Sundays when the market is just across the street. If you want a morning of champions: fill up on food here, and grab a Coffee Coffee just a few blocks up. Thank you VOW, for offering this so so amazing vegan breakfast. I am HOOKED.

What do people typically think of when they think of plant-based burgers? I wasn't too familiar with plant-based anything as of a few years, months back (my sense of time is completely warped...thank you, global pandemic). I didn't know what to expected before coming here. Regardless, the food was not disappointing. I got the plant-based shake, burger, and a chicken sandwich. Frankly, now that I got a taste of these, I don't know if I'll be going back to meat-based burgers. I'm not even kidding. I even liked that there were two options between impossible and beyond meat. I ate there in the outdoor seating area by the street. It's a chill, casual spot for a quick bite. I sat there flaunting my Yelp swag and my newly gained love for vegan food. As one might expect, parking can be extremely tricky, but if you're willing to walk a couple blocks, there should be a couple spots open in street parking. I just advise to be mindful of the parking signs.

Enjoyable meal even if you're not vegan. Good value for money. Kind and professional staff who give helpful advice on your options. My order was only a short wait.

My little socal soul has been searching for a vegan alternative to my beloved In N Out for more than a decade since I became veg. Never had anything that satisfied that craving until this place ?? honestly superb. The vegan burger and animal fries were absolute heaven. Highly recommend
