The chicken and steak had good flavor. The Miso soup is like flavorless brown water. I ordered online an hour ahead of time. My order wasn't ready for another 15 minutes after the requested time. That's half my lunch break. I stood at the counter waiting for someone to acknowledge me for five minutes. The tables are dirty. The dining area is full.

The service here is always outstanding. I almost always come right before closing when I get off work to pick up something for my 102-year-old mom. Whatever way I ask them to make a certain item, the two young men always accommodate. I really appreciate them.

The worst customer service in the planet. When trying to place my order and ask questions about certain plates, Estefania G would continue to speak on top of me and turn around to talk to her coworker. She didn’t answer any of my questions and to top it off after I payed with my phone she turns around and leaves without handing me my receipt. Her cook had to come out to hand me my receipt. If she doesn’t want to work why does she show up.

Service not bad. but lacking quality control on food. Uses old oil to cook the dumpling leaving extra burned pieces. they should use a clean a fresh oil fry the dumplings. flavor of food lacking taste some how bland flavor. cooking guy needs to be retrained or put a professional chef.
