I love WaBa, but this one has ungrateful, low-customer service oriented staff. I was very disappointed by the bruised up HalfOcada with demasiado brown spots in it to just eat and enjoy. Worst off, the staff is not friendly; Showing us the minimum wage is far too high for the entitlement of new workers to develop positive workmanship. Compared with other WaBa’s in LA area, this one is subpar.

The chicken and steak had good flavor. The Miso soup is like flavorless brown water. I ordered online an hour ahead of time. My order wasn't ready for another 15 minutes after the requested time. That's half my lunch break. I stood at the counter waiting for someone to acknowledge me for five minutes. The tables are dirty. The dining area is full.

The service here is always outstanding. I almost always come right before closing when I get off work to pick up something for my 102-year-old mom. Whatever way I ask them to make a certain item, the two young men always accommodate. I really appreciate them.
