At night the customer service is terrible, they serve you as if they want to go home as soon as possible.They are blunt and throw everything away and turn off the lights.The bathroom is closed all the time.

I selected this place so they sent me Uber Eats, and it was terrible, the plate was very empty, poorly served, without utensils, chives, sauce packets, carrots and jalapenos :( I added all of that to the order and they didn't add it

They never answer the calls and when they answer them they do it in a bad way the service is disgusting the food is delicious but their workers are so arrogant

I honestly can say i like waba grill . I have ate from this place atleast 3 times out the week especially when coming from the gym. However , i have been noticing a big difference in the taste now while also finding peices of hair in my food. So yes last encouter of buying a meal , of course i had to trash my food which i hated to do but i'd rather not get sick.

I eat there at least once a week. I get the same thing every time, Signature WABA Rice Bowl with Avocado. The food is always good and healthy! The inside looks modern and clean. The customer service when ordering your food is excellent. My to go spot for a fast healthy meal.

Yesterday my coworker and I came this place and we just watch how the cooker of this restaurant get the chicken directly from the the warehouse package to the grill without clean or wash it that nasty experience to see how they do your food when you think healty place what about what you don't see?♂️??

So first time I've ever been to a waba. What can I say but wow. I so the staff there were unbelievably cool. I told but I have never been there before. So I didn't know what to order. I asked him what they recommended. And oh boy did they give me that treat of my night. I had the steak white rice salad and an orange and it was delightful. Again the two ladies that helped me were awesome service was great fast and the food was unbelievably good I would definitely return and recommend for anybody

I hate to review this as 3 stars. The employees were very nice but I ordered a chicken brown rice with veggies and got a plain chicken white rice without veggies. :(
