Major Fail (edit) even more strange they would ask me to reach out to them to understand when they literally have a pay to unlock coin box on their door where you have to insert coins to unlock the bathroom door in order to use it.. seriously you want more information than that?

Giving 4 stars only because of cross contamination. Ordered Tofu rice & veggies bowl and watched as the same instrument to handle & cut up chicken was used on my tofu. Personally not a major issue, but I know for some fellow Vegans it can be.
At least wipe them between use.

I cant believe how prices are and then on top of the price going higher. This location gives you the least amount of food possible. I love waba , but this location takes advantage of people and short you the food amount and then charge you more. I asked a worker and they said that's how it is. When down the street on western location gives you more food and Happy to do so. Never coming back to this location. Bad service, small portions, lack of training. Should be the same across the board at all locations.

Walked here from the Subway Station as we really wanted to try it for the first time. I'm glad we found it when we did as the neighborhood was getting sketchy, fast. Inside, great service and felt completely safe! My Chicken veggie Bowl was wonderful. Quite tasty. Our register person, Luis Alberto, guided us through the options. Great place and we would love to come back!!
This is THE BEST Waba Grill out of all of em.I have visited this particular one five times. Each time I walked in the door the cashier asked how I was doing and what they could get for me. Very kind and professional. My order was always prepared within minutes and the food was delicious.There's just something about this particular WaBa Grill where the food tastes better. I particularly enjoy the steamed vegetables, the rice, chicken, and steak. It's always fresh and made just right!I highly recommend this WaBa Grill!

This is the only Waba location that I go to, and that’s because it is the best of the best. I’ve eaten at several other Waba locations but none of them have matched this one. There are several reasons, in my opinion, that make this location the best. The first one is the cleanliness of the restaurant. The floors are clean, the counters are clean, the tables are clean, the soda machine is clean, and the bathroom is clean. This is what initially sold me on this location and the cleanliness is always maintained. The second is the food. It is always nice and warm and fresh. Presentation is everything, and the food is always served beautifully in the container. The other locations I have been to, the food was literally thrown in the container and just looked awful. This is not the case here, as the employees really care about the work that they do. The last reason that this is my favorite location is the employees. They are just outstanding! They are so professional and courteous. These are the types of employees you would encounter in a fine dining establishment. They take superb customer service skills to the next level! No it is not a cheap place to eat, but healthy eating really never is.
