Poor service, they are the same as McDonald's, they charge for a sauce and wabasouce, you have to buy all 4 or nothing, I just asked for an extra sauce and they wanted to sell it to me. Poor service was one of my favorite places.

I used to love this place and would get full off of just the rice chicken bowl! I went to Roosevelt high school and would walk here after to get stuffed full on one chicken bowl! It was so much food I couldn’t finished it ! Those were the days(: . The food has consistently been served in smaller and smaller portions! It’s just so expensive for skimpy food .I recommend another place for your buck ! Follow me and you will thank me !

Yesterday I ordered salmon cause u no homegirl trying to eat better... an I spent 11.49 some b******* portion that looked like a damn kids meal. An I asked for onions which i did not get no surprise. Being in the food service also is just so disappointing to not get what u payed for. Girls needs more manners also. New staff period.

this service here is horrible the cashier had an attitude for no reason . she looks miserable she calls on the wrong number and just lets the food sit there. also this place looks super dirty time to call FDA on this place. Have that cashier clean up not just sit in back. gross

Ordered a family meal from this place on two different occasions and on both occasions they forgot to put the waba sauce that I requested. I called asking for the manager on 11/16/22 at noon and they told me the manager wasn't there.They also refused to give me the managers name.

I always come to this Waba grill isn't the best looking one but always gets me right but The last time I came to this Waba grill the cashier named kenia took my order she repeated my order and still gave me the wrong order I went back to tell her that it wasn't what I ordered I also showed my receipt she took the receipt and she got mad and went to the back for like a good 10 minutes then came back to the front and called her coworker over the coworker said her name was Bianca they both tried to ignore the fact that they gave me the wrong order I love this Waba grill I just wish they'd have better customer service mind you I ordered a Waba plate with extra Waba no onion and brown rice and they gave me a chicken bowl when she charged me for a plate then said to leave down my name she never once took my name down VERY BAD CUSTOMER SERVICE plus all the dirty looks I got from them I never wanted to leave a bad review on this place but I think it's time they train the cashiers better I didn't even want my money back I wanted what I payed for I ended up leaving because they were just staring at me and never got my food when I first started coming here around 2021 during the opening of covid a very adorable girl took my order with the name of adriana or Andrea she has always been so enthusiastic always took my order with kindness and always treated the customers with respect they should follow the example she gives and shows very well educated young lady I hope she's doing great besides that I will not be returning to get treated like s*** with those shitty workers if they're still working there Waba grill do better on hiring !

Not the prettiest restaurant out there but fast service for a fast food restaurant...didn't even call it in and they had it ready in a few. I was served by Kenia who had excellent customer service - she was patient and took time to offer me with options when i didnt know what to order. Loved that!!
Food and service were great. The restaurant could use some renovating. It looked a little run-down.

This location is always on top of it. The people there are always nice and friendly, and make my chicken bowl delicious! I asked the cashier to put an "absurd" amount of green onions on my bowl and she came through! Love it! To the workers reading this: thank you! You guys rock :)
