Got the Terry Gross, which was a pretty good sandwich, but the service is so bad I probably won’t come back.
The system for this place makes no sense. One window and line handles both new orders and pick ups. Staff seem at best uninterested in making things run smoothly and at worst straight up rude.
There’s no reason a sandwich should take 30 minutes to make. Do they not have the ingredients ready to go back there?

Slow (and a little rude) service and long waits aren’t worth the pretty tasty sandwiches. The sandwiches feel inventive and delicious. But there’s really no reason they should take so long to make.
Also, please work on this service model. People waiting 20min in the sun at the window, after they got a text, just to pick up a cold sandwich that took 40min to make is unnecessary.

The staff had zero urgency. Pretty disappointing.
