The sandwiches at Wax Paper are truly something special. When I moved to LA from NYC I struggled to find sandwiches that really hit the spot. Wax Paper’s sandwiches aren’t like anything I’ve had (anywhere), but they’re wonderful — chock-full of fresh ingredients, fantastic flavor combinations, and made with incredible bread. The staff is great — friendly and helpful. Sure, you can get a cheaper sandwich somewhere else, but good luck finding a better one.
I want to recommend this place, the guys prepared a delicious sandwich for me, I loved it, and if you are in the area, I recommend it to you. By the way, you can take a stroll in a quiet place where you can walk next to the river. There is also a small park where you can walk. I had a nice time, I recommend it to you.

The sandwiches are delicious and super fresh. They bake their own bread and all the combos felt nourishing and healthy in their own way. Be aware that they don’t do substitution!
I would recommend the Ira Glass, which is a super tasty veggie option.
